I've had these buds for three months, I use them probably once or twice a week. The right one has already broken. Best Buy will not help fix or replace them in any way. Samsung requires that I mail them in for repair and potential replacement. For an expensive product to break three months after purchase and the store that sells them to be completely hands off will be instructive in my future electronics purchase choices.

I've blown the speaker in two pairs. The first was a hassle getting them to replace. Got them replaced and another blown speaker

Battery life, App, noise cancelling and comfort are great. The not so great is the fact it seems to lose signal a lot. Seems like everytime i bend over or turn my head to much get a bunch of static or just stops playing.

These wireless buds are convenient for hands free use, but sound is just okay and the sensors on the outside are extremely sensitive. I've ended calls too early or paused my music because I grazed them. Battery life is great and they look sleek.

Love them! They work amazing. I like the ambient feature - it works well. I don't usually like the style of in the ear, but these are comfortable. However, I cannot wear them for too long - about an hour is my limit - before they start feeling uncomfortable and my ears start hurting.

These headphones are pretty fantastic. This is my first pair and they did not disappoint, i did my homework, read the specs and reviews and could not be happier with my purchase.i have a Samsung note and wanted headphones that would work well with my phone.

Great fit out the box. My biggest gripe is as others have said. They are very sensitive to the touch, I also have calls drop while I'm on the phone and there are dead spots where you can hear them, they can't hear you. They take some getting used to.

I ordered online for curbside pickup and my order was out within minutes of the store opening it was a very safe easy process and the earbuds are awesome ibrecommend the samsung earbuds to anyone who wants a good pair of reliable comfortable earbuds can't beat them for the price thanks

I have multiple sets of these buds! Not that anyone needs more than 1 I just like to have color options but I gave 4 out of 5 just for the water resistant rating. If these were IPX7 id never buy another set of buds but these. I still believe they are the best on the market currently!!!

The buds were for my daughter she originally wanted the metallic blue earbuds but you were out the sales man showed her the pearl white she went ahead and decided on getting those and she loves the color now. She has smal ears and she says they didn’t hurt her ears. Great purchase.

I really love how versatile this little earbuds are. They are not good for driving trucks cause they won't block the engine sound. Great for all cases including hands free driving small cars and listening to music. I also like how inconspicuous its but fitting into the ear.

Didnt like them. They kept falling out of my ear. No grip at all.

Really like these earbuds with noise canceling feature; however, can’t give 5 stars because - first they don’t fit as snug as the Galaxy Buds I have and second the are not included on the Samsung App - not sure why they would not include on App so you can boost sound?

These are awesome. The EQ is not quite what I expected but by finding a compatible app I am able to fine tune them to my liking. The tap controls are easy. Auto updates are a plus too. Very satisfied with these earbuds and would reccomend if you are shopping for some.

I bought this for my mom as a birthday present. She is not very tech savvy, but it is so easy to use even for her. She loves it so much, she works cleaning houses and can listen to music or talk on the phone while working without worrying about earphones being tangled on something!

Amazing sound and I love the noise cancellation. It frequently slip out my ears and for some reason after awhile people on the other end say I sound muffled. No mask nothing.

I mainly got these because I fell in love with the color. They are very simple and easy to use. I love the ambient settings as well. I can now clean and listen to my surroundings. It's great! I recommend these for sure. They are so comfy that I forget I'm wearing them sometimes!

I bought these when I started working remotely and needed good sound while on calls as well as music without disturbing everybody else in the house. My girlfriend ended up liking them so much I had to purchase another pair so I had some to use for myself.

I have had these a long time. They are durable. They sometimes fall out of my ears. Only drawback. I have dropped them in the sink with the water running and also one fell in dog water. I let them dry and still works.
