The sound is pretty good, but they feel cheap and the plastic creaks in your ears. The touch controls are also frustrating as they can be trigger just by adjusting the buds.

This is my first set of wireless earbuds. I bought them to use for my Zoom calls. They paired up easily to all my devices, including my PC. The microphone is not so great, but that isn’t an issue since I use my big broadcast quality mic for the calls. If the microphone was better I’d give it 5 starts.

I like them, they go well with my phone. However, my first pair failed in a week. I can't recommend them, but they've been great. Get a pair of sony buds or air pods. The samsung pairing features don't outweigh the failure of the product.

The buds+ are a definite improvement over the first generation, with that being said still doesn't deliver that big full stage sound that I enjoy. They do have a very clear and crisp sound plus comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

these sound great but they keep going out I'm on my 5th pair I use these for work for as long as they last in a 10 hour shift about 5-6 hours 4 days a week have to take them back about 4-6 months for a new pair

Mom really enjoys the earbuds. The purchase price was very good . The way that they fit into her ears are great I also purchased a case with the earbuds. She's really enjoying having that conversation conversation versus talking through a speaker phone .

This product works well and are comfortable. One oversight I made before purchasing is that this product doesn't work with Apple products (as far as I know). I have an iPad that I use often and I have to switch to another earbud product if I want to listen to music or video content.

They have an issue registering touches. its actually quite annoying and the liberty pro 2s i have dont have this issue. sound quality is honestly amazing and the active noise cancelling is great too! but it has no bass to speak of

My mom needed wireless earbuds for her phone and to listen to music from her laptop. She has been looking for months. We were able to finally talk her into getting these. My kids and I are Apple product preferred but I knew these would be great for her. She enjoys them too!

Definitely was expecting a little bit better sound and some bass. They work great, auto connect and all the cool stuff. Musically though, hmmmm. I don't wanna spoil them, but Samsung can do better. Now I know I can connect the AirPod Pro to my Galaxy Note 10+, I'll probably be grabbing those instead.

These were just ok. I have a Samsung phone so setting them up was very easy. The sound however is just ok. Not bassy or loud enough for me. They do stay in your ears quite well and they do hold a good charge.

The connection is stronger (Bluetooth) than with the pervious earbuds which is something I really disliked about the Samsung Galaxy Buds. The sound output also seems to be louder and with more added base. Overall I am happy with the upgraded version of then earbuds.

Its pretty good audio quality could be better if my phone supported Bluetooth 5.0 but still works fine. The ear tips these have don't have a secure fit so sometimes it would come off on its own. The biggest ones it has those not help much. Also pretty likely to get itself dirty

I just can’t say anything bad about Samsung earbuds no matter which ones they are, I do currently have the original, these the buds plus, Buds live and Buds Pro. Samsung knows their earbuds!

I’m an Apple guy myself but my wife loves them. Decided to buy them as a gift for her and she loves using them. As a thanks she made passionate love to me that very night. So I def think they were worth it and would recommend you buy them. Trust me lol

Had these for about 2 weeks. Sound is great, but for reasons unknown left ear just stopped working. Even after doing all recommended steps from Samsung, problem persisted. Replaced them with new pair and ended up with the same problem

I purchased these as a backup to my Bose. Overall these are ok better than echo and other earbuds I've tried. Pros: Can locate a lost bud similar to Bose Can use either or both bud for talk unlike Bose. Cons: Sound okay but not = Bose earbuds Does not stay in ear securely unlike Bose.

The sound and voice qualities are quite good but the battery life is less than half of what was advertised. I'm planning to give them a bit more time but a return is a possibility if battery life remains as it has been.

They work just ok. The people I am talking to say that I am hard to hear or understand. I wish there were at least a small boom for the microphone, that might help. Also, they hurt my ears if I try to wear them for more than 20 - 30 minutes,

I had better ear buds wishing would bought the most expensive ones. You get what you pay for.
