Bought the light blue Samsung earbuds to match her new Galaxy tablet. She says they work well and is happy with them...and this girl is rarely happy...lol. I also got some wired headphones for it as back up. She is enjoying her new set up.

I like them because they were very easy to pair and use. Only issue I have is my left bud has fallen out of my ear twice! I looked on YouTube to make sure they are in properly. I only use them at home for now.

Amazing headphones. I LOVE the ambient settings for both buds. Makes it so convenient to enjoy podcasts and music while still being aware of what's going on around you. The touch patterns candy function can be a little co fusing but I'm sure after more use, itll feel natural.

These are really nice headphones, but a little too complicated for me as well as they didn't fit well in my ears, so they kept on falling out. For someone techier than myself I would highly recommend these. The price was right as well.

Pros - sound quality is fantastic! CONS - Literally everything in my house that require electricity to operate interferes with the signal for these things. My keyboard which isnt even bluetooth made these chirp and pop whenever I typed on it. Plugging in my phone to charge made these drop signal when I had them attached to my pc. Its such a shame because these sound so amazing, but cant hold a signal to save a life and are constantly dropping out. Also the syncing is awful on these and watching videos or movies on my pc, the audio was out of sync by a half second or more making them completely unusable in that regard. Using a USB 5.0 (the latest most super touted awesome usb bluetooth dongle) and they still had issues with sync and audio lag.

My Samsung wireless headphones did stop working because the right side headset did not take a full charge. I usedy tech services replacement plan and received an immediate replacement same day free if charge

These earbuds are great, definitely worth the money. The only part that I don’t like is how they completely block out exterior sound so things such as chewing or singing seem intensified in your head as if you were wearing earplugs. I would definitely purchase them again though.

Meh. I wanted so BADLY to love these purple beauties, but i couldn't keep them in my ears. I tried all 3 tip sizes and ordered some foam tips online. Returned, sadly.

These earbuds are worse than gas station wired earbuds. I just got them last weekend and I'm already finding a major issue with them. I used them once and I cannot charge the case with the original cable or any other USB Type C cable in my house. I don't recommend wasting your money on these ear pods.

Seriously is this all you can do from Samsung? I was using raycon basic model and thinking Samsung name value and 2x more price, I expected much more than this. Sound isn’t that great no wide bass sound, pretty normal sound quality which you have to volume up almost towards the highest to get the right sound. I am certainly not deaf and has good hearing ability. I am using iPhone 8+ ,never in my life had to volume up the highest for earphones /headphones. I wish I could test those earbuds before I buy, with Covid there are samples of headphones still but no earbuds to test. How can you buy something like earphones over +$100 without even testing. I might try another month to see if I want to still keep it or refund

The battery is amazing the sound quality is very good. Not as good as the airpods, but let's be honest, with 11 hrs of battery life who is complaining right? Also when I work out and run I have never had them fall out as long as they were cleaned, which Indo regularly.

They work but were not comfortable, made my ears sweat and itch, sound quality good but not great. I tried apple airpods pro and found them MUCH more comfortable with great sound quality. I returned these.

If you have the original... Keep them. Probably not really worth upgrading. If buying for the first time then spend the extra money and get the new ones with improved features. Definitely worth it. The noise isolation along with Ambient noise settings works really well.

got these for my father for his birthday, he loves the fact that the gummy-like ear tips fit into his ears perfectly, also the integration of his Samsung with these is awesome, he is able to control the equalizer settings which he loves.

Initial purchase of these earbuds didnt go well. The left channel kept cutting out. Best buy customer service was great. They replaced them promptly and the new set works perfectly.

Have never used something like this.. so I am trying to be used to.. however I do not like something sitting in my ear.. My wife tried couple of time and it fell down.. probably need adjustment.. but we not ear phone person... we play music with volume on.

These are my first ever Samsung Galaxy Buds. They work great & everything, but they slip out of my ears a lot when I'm working out or running, it happens quite often. I think I would much rather get some that hooks over your ears.

Very happy with this purchase! One of the biggest pros to these are the Ambient feature! Nothing worse than playing music or having a phone call and not being able to hear what's going on around you. Would buy again and have recommended to family and friends.

Can't beat these little gems for the price. I got them on sale for less then $100 which was even more of a bargin. The incuded app gives you control over touch features, ambient sound level, EQ presets and much more. I am very happy with my purchase!

Improved sound and battery make for a great product. Much richer sound and bass for music. The microphone picks up my voice much better during calls. If you're a samsung fan I would recommend picking these up. They will also work with any laptop that has bluetooth
