These buds are miles better than the original galaxy buds! Better audio quality and I no longer hear any echo effects from select songs on my other buds. These are immensely easy to use as well just like the original.

I bought these for my son for Christmas. I have a pair and love them. He wanted new ear buds and I wanted him to have something nice. He loves them

Brought these earbuds for myself because my wife did some research and said they were good for the price. I love the fact that they charge themselves while in the case. Plus you can find them if you loss them.

The ear buds are not upto the mark. I reciever always complains the voice went low suddenly. This happens after 15mins in a long call. Due to this i have stoped using the buds. Also i use the Samsung s22Ultra phone so there should be no Bluetooth connectivity issue but yhere is something wrong!

Right now I hate these things and I'm about to take them back. They might be good for listening to music but I need them to answer calls and they don't do that! They connected easily and the sound is good but I have to manually answer and hang up calls because the touch controls don't work and Samsung won't help except to just keep telling you to reset everything! If I can't answer and hang up on calls, these things are useless! If I get them working, I'll come here with an update.

I am still trying to take advantage of the technology these ear buds have. Great for listening to music and very functional for my work. Comfort is important for me and I find the buds to be very good.

Works as expected; only downside is my teen truly cannot hear me if I am not in their field of vision! Ha! More comfortable and ergonomic than the Apple ear buds, in our experience.

Sound was good , close enough to great and it was comfortable for the first 30 minutes but due to the size of these buds it became uncomfortable and hurt my ears

These are good but I thought they would be better. I thought they would have more bass! I have a pair of Jabra earbuds and those are pretty good. I find that if you stuff the buds deeper into your eardrums it sounds better.

Compared to things like AirPods pro, these are kind of meh. The transparency mode is not worth having and there isn't active noise cancellation. Sound is pretty good though.

Unless I am putting these in my ear incorrectly they work their way out, Annoying other than that they charge & sound ok.

Having owned several top quality Samsung phones, it would be nice if I was able to experience the quality that Samsung is known for! These Samsung buds are nothing I expected it would be. Volume wasn't good, noise cancelling wasn't good and not even near the sound quality that some of the cheaper $40 ones I tried had. Disappointed and returned them for a great sounding cheaper brand. Maybe next time Samsung will deliver the quality that it's name carries..

Bought for my 10 year old brother and he LOVES them! He has little ears so it’s kind of hard for them to sit in there, but he changed the earbud size and it fits a little better

So sorry, but I cannot report on the quality of these Galaxy Buds2. I own an older pair of 1st gen Galaxy Buds and I like them, so I bought these as a gift for my wife. I'm sure she'll love them.

Kind of uncomfortable in the ears & unable to hear folks around me clearly without removing them. Other than that they're clear & I can hear music & phone conversations fine.

First 2 weeks were great but now i kee0 getting a crackling sound when i have them in. I've tried resetting and nothing has worked. It doesnt always happen but it does happen daily. Frustrated.

Sound quality when playing music is great. Cant tell if the call issues are the buds or the cell reception. Constantly hang up on people when I adjust how it fits in my ear.

These were pretty good when I got them. But they were a little tight in the ears and can cause discomfort if you insert them too far. I lost them and got the Buds Live which was a good improvement.

These have held up so far! I have been using them for working out, biking, hiking, and misc activities. I'm a bit concerned because every once in a while it seems like there's a sound issue that happens quickly and then goes away.

I say these ear buds are good for when your on the go and casually listening to music but they lack base . But over all I love mine and the only colors they had was white and red atm of when I bought them7/8/2020
