THESE EAR BUDS JUST NOW STOPPED WORKING. THEY HAVE BEEN THE BEST THE LAST 2 YEARS. I JUST ORDERED THE UPGRADED VERSION IN HOPES THEY ARE AS GOOD.

Love. LOVE. Love these earbuds. I have worn handsfeee for over 15 years. After trying two other sets I almost gave up on the buds altogether. Samsung Nails it Again! Very light weight.

If you are looking for the best try elsewhere. By no means satisfactory for an audiophile. However, if you are just looking to make hands free calls and texts and have a nice user friendly app, then for this value, imo is great!

These are excellent. Only complaint is how sensitive the Galaxy Buds are when you touch them. I need to adjust them occasionally and often accidentally hang up on a call or stop the music I'm playing. Other than that, no complaints

Love my buds, however, it would be nice if the single bud was sold separately when misplaced. This is the reason why I have purchased these. and I bought 2!!! :)

Was very when I got it and was working great. Great for music and using to answering the call. Ture wireless and great looking, BUT after a while I was having difficulty connecting to my phone or my laptop. Ended up sending it back.

Got this for my wife as a gift. Although she uses an iPhone, she liked them very much and they worked well with her iPhone. I just felt the airpods were overpriced and this one would do the job.

These buds work great for everything, except running! I guess the way my ear rubs it while running makes it think I'm pressing the button, so it would constantly turn the volume up and down and I would have to keep adjusting the volume. Once it got stuck on the volume up so it just beeped in my ear incessantly telling me the volume could not go higher. I had no problem doing other exercises with them in but they do not work while running. You can lock the buttons through the wear app on your phone which would stop the problem, but I don't carry my phone while running and when I paired the buds to my watch the button lock turns off.

Great headphones, though the app can be wonky. I haven’t had a problem so far except for connectivity loss briefly and sometimes issues with different devices I have connecting, etc.

Great earbuds, but the only problem I have is that it keeps disconnecting sometimes. Not sure why. Also, the earbud keeps falling off my ears. Besides that, it's very good with call clarity

They didn't last long. I wouldn't buy these again. My other samsung bt was way better until the dog got ine of them

Bought these to replace some aging first-generation AirPods, based on the reviews of battery life. Unfortunately I couldn't get past the incredibly uncomfortable "stuffy" feeling of the in-ear design of these - even something like gently walking on the sidewalk would sound really loud with these in, to the point of being too distracting from whatever I was trying to listen to. If you like in-ear designs, these are worth a shot, but if you're generally not a fan and want something closer to AirPods, check out the Galaxy Buds Live (the bean-shaped ones). I settled on these after trying these Buds+, and I wouldn't be happier.

I really wanted to enjoy this product, however, the sound quality just doesn't cut it for me. No matter how many adjustments I do on the app on my s10 phone, it sounds too crisp that it sounds artificial and unnatural. Additionally the advanced side touches aren't always responsive which really brings down the quality of these buds. Nonetheless I'm keeping these earphones because they're not bad... but not good either, they work for my three hour lectures but of course my ears are sore after that (please don't tell me to adjust wingtip, I've tried everything to make it work). I just wouldn't recommend this product to anyone else.

I have nothing negative to say about these buds. I use them every night for meditation. They are comfortable, don't fall out, and have some great app adjustments when using galaxy wearable app.

Pros: Almost everything Cons: Battery life on the case has noticeably decreased after about 1 year of regular use. Also wish the shape of the case was flatter so it would bulge out my pockets less.

These are just as good as the Airpod Pros, only reason I don't use these is that they were not working right with my iPhone. Love that volume can be adjusted by simply tapping the tips.

Best set on ear plugs i have put on and worn throigh an entire plane trip even with screaming kids i couldnt hear them....i didnt have to turn up the volune to still hear the same quality.

The sound quality is great. The battery in them and the case make are a huge relief in comparison to others I've used. They're mostly comfortable but the shape can hurt a bit if you're wearing them for a long time.

wanted the capability of airpods, but something less obtruse, with better comfort then. I Choose the Samsung buds, because of YouTube recommendations. I'm very pleased with the sound, appearance, battery and comfort.

The Samsung earbuds are easy to use and comfortable. They work well with buttons set up to easy access with one finger. They also look very good and they are a breeze to charge. Highly recommended.
