I am not sure if there was an issue after an update or something, but sound quality changed after a few days of use. Possibly an issue with the left earbud. I didn't like the touch controls. When doing situps for example, I would constantly pause the sound. This is overly sensitive and perhaps an actual button would solve this problem. It is possible to disable touch controls in the software, but a quicker on and off somehow is desirable. I have also accidentally hit the touch while talking on the phone, and I entered a state where the other person could not hear me. When I looked at the phone, it did not show me as muted. My only option at that point was to touch it again which did hang up the phone. There was no intuitive way to return to a conversation, and I do not know what I did. I am not someone that likes to read manuals in order to listen to music and talk on the phone, so if it is not intuitive then it is likely an odd design decision.

Will NOT stay in my ears. I guess this is a common complaint with these as Samsung widened and tapered the part that in your ear canal.

With regards to the fit, this device would have come with additional ear tips in a larger and smaller size to help with the optimal fit.
