Ok. The sound in the speaker echo. The music sound great. You can go far from the phone or it will click off.

I don't know what it is but for whatever reason they work fine for me for a little while and then the sound quality drops out of one ear usually it's the left. What tends to happen is that the levels drop in the left ear then I can hear it vaguely in the left but clearly in the right then eventually the sound gets worse it starts to sound staticy in the left ear

i enjoyed mine but I lost the first one the insurance don't cover it so i had to reorder that's the only problem

upgraded from the original bubs, everything about these is better, especially the mic for calls

LOVE IT BUT WON'T WORK WITH MY WORK WALKIE TALKIE THAT IS BLUETOOTH SO HAD TO BUY A HEAD SET TYPE NOT SURE WHY. OTHER THAN THAT IT'S GREAT!

Buds are pretty nice but the ANC can be better, however as per the price it justifies.

These things have changed my life, for real! Ever since I purchased these things, my life has been forever changed.

The one negative thing is that because my ears are so small sometimes the fall out ..but I can't blame Samsung....I still love them!

easy to use, the charging case is a huge plus and with the S20 phone you can charge the case (and therefore the buds) with your phone!

Best buds I ever used and that's been alot. Great battery good sound crisp clear and bass rich. Truly happy with this purchase

Sounds is excellent but two big complaints while it lasted. I could not get them to say in my ears while running. Second and much worse, the left bud volume is about 1/4 the right side and there is nothing to fix it. Samsung Customer Service was no help at all!

I love them so much, they work perfectly. It is so nice that I can turn on ambiance and still be able to hear around me.

Ambient noise function allows you to pay attention to your surroundings but also listen to music or your favorite podcast at the same time.

I love these ear buds except they don't really fit in my ear. Sometimes I have to make sure I don't hold my head a certain way so they don't fall out.

I love em but it seems to be a lot of static issues seems to disconnect sometimes but if the static could be fixed when you on a call would be awesome

I like them and use them but the phone quality is not the best. Maybe the best out there but it's not great. They are comfortable and charge quickly.

These are amazing! Love all the features they have and the color makes me so happy :)
