I have a finely tuned ear for music. So many of the cheaper entry or mid level buds have an unmistakeable screech in the 4khz range that is so bad, it cannot be corrected even with EQ. These were one of those. I didn't even mess with other features because the sound was garbage.

Bluetooth connection is not stable enough and limited in range. Have tried to adjust with no improvement. Other Bluetooth devices connect with no problem, so it's not the phone.

Touch controls too sensitive - ended up returning

Maybe others found it easier but I was not willing to be patient trying to figure out basic functions like volume control. Sound was good but I just didn't like this product and ended up returning it.
