Recently upgraded from the Gear icon buds which only lasted about 2 hrs on full charge. Didn't bother me as I'd use one at a time and switch the main bud on the app to allow me to use each bud for 2 hrs each and be able to hear ambient noises. With these you don't have to worry about that. Adjustable ambient noise level is a cool feature, even if it does have a tin can kind of sound to it. More for safety and convenience, in not having to always pause my music to hear someone unless I'm blasting the music. Usually I can't wear any sort of in ear headphone for longer than a half hr or so before it gets painful. I can go at LEAST 4 hrs with these til discomfort starts to set in. Only complaint is sound quality. Dynamic sound is by far the best sound which is actually really good for my taste. Just wish you cld customize the equalizer. Bass boost preset sound sucks as it's all bass and no treble so dynamic is the way to go. Also w 11 hrs of battery life? Highly recommend. I use w my Galaxy S20 plus.

Great quality and sound. Feel much better than air pods

My first pair had to get returned because the touch response was terrible. Waited a few days for a new set to get mailed out and this pair is great. The battery life is great and so is the sound. My daughter likes these more than her air pod pros and I dont blame her. Highly recommended.

Was a little skeptical at first because of call quality of first generation but that issue has been improved making these perfect for me. Now everyone can hear me. I love the sound and fit of these buds plus. Would definitely recommended anyone on the fence. Return powerbeat pros for these.

The ambient option is amazing! if you aren't listening to anything else you get super hearing. it is really fun for people to think you are listening to something and then hear what they say. They fit great and the sound from them is adequate. these are not super bassy but do the trick.

Easy to pair and connect. Sound quality is good, acceptable. Can be improved. Are lightweight and comfortable. The touch function is very sensitive. Can be activated unintentionally if the sensor is touched while you accomodate them in your ears. They are great overall.

These are so awesome!! I'm a small person so my ears are small also. Other ear buds are either way too big or awkward. These are just right! Plus they have an amazing sound that i love! Bonus for me is that they also can be charged with a C-cord or wirelessly!!

I didn't realize how great these will be. Sorry Samsung for doubt. Comfortable wear, sleek, the clear sound quality is way better than the 1st one, even if you don't customize. Now you can charge on a charging pad. Not as bulky as 1st ones as well. Purchased Blue ones. Won't be sorry.

I really like them. These are the first pair of actual wireless earbuds that I have had and I really like the freedom of movement that these allow. The sound quality is great and the mic for calls/talking is very good. Very easy to set up and use. I would definitely recommend them!

These were a Christmas gift for a friend. The EarPods were a hit! The sound quality was outstanding and great sound. They cancel the outside noise and the Clarity is exceptional. They felt in the ear well and don’t move around or fall out. Once inserted they stay in place.

I'm using these with my Samsung Galaxy S10+. They sound clear and not too bass pumped. Call quality is good, though i haven't really tried these in very noisy environments yet. The companion app is useful and you can tweak sound profiles to your liking. The touch controls can be a bit finicky and will take some getting used to - need to tap at the right speed to get them to work. Calls work with only one of either buds - though if you try to take one out during a call you might accidentally terminate the call from the touch pad. I find it easier to disable touch controls during work calls and use the touch pad more during music listening. The earhooks make these buds stable in the ear and i haven't had the nagging feeling that these might fall out with light shakes. My main use cases are to use these for work calls and for music listening during brisk walks or jogs - but not for vigorous exercise. I docked a star for the touch pad and since it would be amazing if it were just a tad better in its overall sound quality to match more expensice competitors.

Item works great, sound is okay, have no problems talking on phone

I bought these ear buds back in April 2020...and I absolutely love the sound, at how easily the sync to my phone, the comfort, the battery life, etc SO what isn't there to love about these? Well after a month of using them, the left ear bud volume was almost non existent! It is actually dead until you take out the right ear bud, and can faintly hear the bud working! I did a google search to see if I could find a solution, and when I did I see that MANY people have the same issue! There seems to be a quality control issues going on with these buds! Pity, because like I said, I loved just about everything about these! BTW, I still haven't found a fix to the problem yet!
