I'm a mobile tech, and was in need of a wireless headset to take calls while working. A coworker recommended these. I like that you can use them one at a time while the other one charges. Good sound quality. Callers can hear me pretty good with minimal background noise. And grate sound when listening to music in between calls.

Bought this for myself( 7/6) since I wanted to see how these were and had a award certificate that I had to use. Didn't use them a whole lot initially since I was using a different set that was wireless but the ear phones were connected to each other by a wire. SO I had a flight to AZ and they performed as intended. But lately I had the left bud dropping out so you wouldn't hear anything. It would connect for about a minute and then disconnect. Battery was fully charged. Samsung wasn't much help since I had already done every thing that they told me to do. Tried to take them back since the web site said you have until 8/5 to return and they told me it was past the 15 day window ( SHOULD be a 30 day window!) but that they were covered under warranty. Ended up sending them to Samsung for repairs so we will see how long that takes.

You first have to increase the volume before you can really enjoy them and on Samsung devices you have to go into the sound settings to increase the volume because they have it set on low and they do that for hearing protection but I can't really hear it so it took me 30 minutes to figure out why it wasn't working

First, I purchased the regular headphone and used a few times and I was very happy with that. After a short time, they released the new version and I have decided to go with the plus version. I am also very satisfied with the plus version as well. It has more bass and more features now. I strongly recommend it.

It's been nice to be able to just pull out one while I'm at work, or doing dishes, or about to go into a store, and not have to fumble with cords or anything. And the battery life is pretty good. I have yet to have anything die on me, the lowest an earbud has gone is probably 70%, and the case has gotten down to 54%

I got these to use in place of my favorite wired headphones by Klispch when I’m exercising but they have now become my everyday ones. I tried so many different headphones and earbuds over the years and never thought I would find one that I loved as much as my original ones for the sound but these are it.

I’ve searched high and low for earbuds that are comfortable for my ears. I usually have to return them due to ear pain. When I purchased these I told myself these would be the last pair that I try. However I was surprised when I put them in they felt different right away, but I wasn’t convinced just yet. The following day I took them to work and wore them for 11hrs no pain. Only thing I changed on these was I put on the smallest tips they provided. I used the medium size ear hook ring it fit nicely in my ear. For me that’s an A+ on comfort. Next sound, the sound could use some TLC, it’s a bit anemic and for me the eq settings in the app really didn’t do much. However this is not a deal breaker for me I listen to podcast, the radio and some music and the sound was good enough me. Next the look, I love the look sleek and classy. Lastly the controls , I’ve found the controls to be ok not the most responsive but I find this to be true with a lot earbuds that use touch control. It’s not horrible just not the most responsive. I really like the earbuds overall for the comfort alone, not sure if they will be as comfortable for you but they work really for my small ears

I purchased these because I had a gift card. I wasn't expecting them to be any better then the cheep ones I had. Big surprise. These are great. The sound is super clear, and it allows you to hear yourself and still block out outside noise. The controls are easy, and the wireless charging is the only way to go.

Love them, they are just very sensitive to the touch

Really can’t give a great review on these Ear buds because the one thing it lacks is good bass all other features is great with the update fitment great touch feature response great connectivity great but compared to my AirPods the bass is not really there

They work great for listening to music, movies, etc. and can hold a charge for a long time! The mic isn’t the best, but it wasn’t my reason for buying so I don’t mind that. They make my inner ear ache after a while, but that’s normal when I use earbud type products.

Buds are comfortable, but I cannot find a fitting that stays in my ear when moving. They are easy to connect and the sound quality is really good. Battery life could be better. They need to add an alert when battery life is low, or provide battery status each time you use them .

Pairs quite easily and stays in place. Also easy to control.

I have had these for quite some time. After debating between these and the air pods, I am so happy I made this purchase. One of it not the best battery life in the wireless ear bud game. 10/10! Sound quality and custom options within the earbud app. Even works on iPhone! No connecting issues.

We are a Samsung family & get every product they come out with. Never let's us down.

Bought to match new Samsung phone for son. He seemed to like them until they were stolen from his cat which he left unlocked. We have Sony, Apple and Bose, the Sony seem to be the favorite of everyone. These were only around 3 weeks so difficult to compare but he liked them for 3 weeks.
