The rotate-to-lock method of securing them in the ear worked well. Sound quality works for me. The pass-thru mode is somewhat tinny and a slight bit delayed, but works well enough when needed. Available App makes it pretty easy to fine tune the sound as desired.

Sound is great but does not stay on my ear

They are super sensitive to touch so if it starts to fall out and you push it back into the ear you will hang up on the person. Huge issue . Apple design is better than these. Now I am stuck with these. Thanks Samsung

Pretty comfortable for long periods of time, being able to just one or both and having control over the volume skipping and play pause on button, the fact that they are easy to synch to my phone and tablet, and the sound quality are the reasons why I would suggest buying this!

I have very small ears and the buds do not ever fall out my ear. The noise cancellation actually works very well. I actually can hear too much on the other end when I’m talking on the phone. Definitely a great purchase! However, they are very easy to lose. I recommend buying the case to keep it close.

The samsung headphones I'm sorry to say are just average, bass is average and the volume is not that loud, and when you take a phone call the call goes in and out.
