They are extremely comfortable, to the point where I'll forgot they are in my ears. The sound quality is top notch and bass is great. You are able to tap the side to pause, skip, and go back. Plus the earbuds will tell you if you're receiving a call if you happen to not be looking at your phone. Overall this is a great product.

I especially like the extra earpieces that come in the box to help with different ear types. The sound quality is superb with the noise cancelling feature. I do like that you can turn on ambient sound so you can hear your surroundings better. Over all there is a lot of room for customization with these earbuds.

Sadly they don't replace single buds. But I love having the ability to use left OR right. You don't have to use both if you don't want to. I bought these for my mom as a replacement. But I have 2 silver pair and 1 black.

The design offs the buds themselves are great. I'll readjust them not too often, and they never dropped from my ear. The sound is what you expect from a bluetooth device, good with some kinks here and there (even though my phone is a note 9). Like I said, the buds' design is great, but the case itself is too smooth to get a grip on. I'm not all thumbs all the time, but twice I dropped the case. The second time is more important because I was crossing the bridge and it almost fell over. Not a good idea to hold on to with dry hands. A loop strap would be a good idea for your next version. All in all, this was great belated birthday present I bought for myself. And I'll buy this again (on sale, of course).
