I love them!!! They work so easily and they don’t fall out!

The reason I am giving Samsung - Galaxy Buds True Wireless Earbud Headphones - Black is because they only last 6 Hrs. of listening time then they have to be recharged. I do wish they would at least last 8 Hrs. of listening time. Also I had a hard time trying to use them at first, so I made an appointment at Best Buy with the Geek Squad to help me out. (By all means I am not tech savvy). Just not to long ago I tried to use my wireless earbuds for a Webinar for a city council public meeting and I was able to get the sound but for some reason the microphone was not working at all for me to speak up when my name was called. I even clicked on my settings but to no avail on getting the microphone to function even though the microphone icon was on the bottom right of my screen. I do hope I or someone can resolve this soon. I do like these earbuds for listening to music late at night on YouTube when I am in bed.

These are some awesome earbuds, mine work better using a tablet, better sound and really better bass when Im using with my Galaxy note 9, I really like as soon as you put them in it automatically pairs with whatever device you have paired you could wear these all day and not be irritated... in all 8 out of 10.

I had to RMA them after a few days of use as they stopped working completely, after the second pair arrived it's been over a year and a few months and they still hold up really well, I've upgraded phone & watch and these still work great with the newest Samsung devices.

Seeing as this these galaxy buds a and the like are fairly new to the market, I'm judging on a slight curve. The design offs the buds themselves are great. I'll readjust them not too often, and they never dropped from my ear. The sound is what you expect from a bluetooth device, good with some kinks here and there (even though my phone is a note 9). Like I said, the buds' design is great, but the case itself is too smooth to get a grip on. I'm not all thumbs all the time, but twice I dropped the case. The second time is more important because I was crossing the bridge and it almost fell over. Not a good idea to hold on to with dry hands. A loop strap would be a good idea for your next version. All in all, this was great belated birthday present I bought for myself. And I'll buy this again (on sale, of course).

I love this earbuds easy to use sound very clear just loved.

Sound quality is meh but they're small and compact making them great to throw in your pocket. They're a great alternative when your suffering from ear fatigue from the bulky over the ear headphones. Pairs easily with my s10 and the wearable app has a ton of info on them. I even get app notifications like message, mail, etc.

Originally purchased for Wife. White ones as easy to find however app makes finding them easy via tone alert. Many nice options with Android Note 8 but the tone adjustment is a little lacking. you can get around that via another tone adjustment app. They connected right away. Very comfortable earbuds. Battery life about six hrs.
