Once for the microphone making a weird sound and another because one earbud stopped working. I really want to give these a great rating because all other times from when they 'broke', they were fantastic. I know other people with them and they haven't had any problems so it could be that I just had bad luck. A solid investment, especially if you have a samsung

Fit is good once you change to the large size earbud fitting. Overall, I guess you get what you get for the price. Not bad...not great.
