For over a year, I have owned them and there are no problems with battery or use, the tactile functions still perfectly well and no signs of wear show on them in the chrome parts were you touch them. I personally take good care of my electronics and these buds are in perfect condition and no signs of slowing down and my 6 hours of use at work still stand to this day. And I hear them as clear as the newer buds, for me its the same, one of my best purchases I have done.

Sound is great and its easy to use and pair with your phone. Ear buds stay in place no need ro be fixing them and are comfortable.

I bought these ear buds for my son and, so far, he claims they're better than any other wireless headphones he has ever used. With regular use, they can last several days without recharging (besides placing the buds in the case when not in use) and the dynamic option in the settings gives the buds clear sound with rich bass, at least much more than what you'd expect from little wireless ear buds. Although it shouldn't be surprising for the price. Simply put, we're very happy with our purchase.

Fits perfectly and the sound is great! You don't have to wear both of them for them to work and the charge is great as well.

The size fits perfectly into my ear. The sound is great, you are able to adjust it by the app on your phone. Very easy to use.

They've been working perfectly. Sound great and get pretty loud. They block out a lot of sound when you have them on and it is barely noticeable to other people when you have them on. Touch controls work perfectly but I have them off because I hit them by accident sometime. They hold a pretty good charge and recharge pretty quickly. I also love how in the software you can customize your buttons and see exactly how much battery you have. Perfect earbuds

Sound quality, battery life and fit is great. It comes with different sized war plugs in case the default ones do not fit correctly.

First of all, I utilized the buy online, pick up in store feature and my order was ready within 5 minutes of ordering!! I bought these for my husband. He said the charge lasts a long time. He uses them while working out and pretty much wherever he goes. Sounds clear and everything works as it should. Easy to set up and comes with 3 different ear bud sizes. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Best Buy for making shopping easy and safe during this pandemic!

These ear buds have excellent sound quality and very easy to charge. They also fit perfectly without falling out frequently.

Really easy to pair, and use very comfortable fit in the ear. Has great settings for sound and volume and the color is nice.

fast and easy charging capabilities. excellent sound quality for audio listening. no problems listening with one earbud while the other is inactive. sound quality of calls on the receivers end is not clear (they get a lot of muffled background noise, especially while driving). sound quality on my end is exceptional. earbuds stay in place very well and are comfortable even for small ears.

Has turned into my favorite earphones for working out- and I've had Bose, Beats Pro, Jaybirds etc. They are very lightweight, relatively secure in the ear, sound can be adjusted to very good and controls simple and straightforward- I set it up to look good on volume up (pondering look ... finger against ear). These being the Aura finish, it would look better with a better finish surround rather than the dull gray plastic. How about.... an Aura metallic finish instead of dull gray plastic?

Bought these to get a quality earbud without paying for Apple EarPods. I wasn’t disappointed! The volume is low, and unable to remotely change with an iPhone, so use the phone to crank it up. They pair immediately out of the box, first earbud or headphone I’ve had that’s done that so quickly. Highly recommended at half the price of EarPods Pro. Wireless charging in the case is a big plus too.

These earbuds function very well. They are very comfortable and stay in the ear. I did have a problem getting them to stay in especially when walking, but I adjusted the fit and they are good. The sound is very good and the mike in them works well also. I have had my voice drop out of a phone conversation where the other end could not hear me, but it always came back. The software updates can be completed with the buds in their case as long as the case is open. I do recommend the buds.

I was really excited about getting my hands on these headphones and I was not disappointed. I will not dock a star for this, as it is a personal problem and not a problem with the headphones themselves -- if you have smaller ears it will take some fiddling to get them comfortable. I use the plain ring without a without a notch on them and the medium ear piece just to ensure they stay in my ears. They can be slightly uncomfortable, but I was able to figure out to tuck them in once in my ears and I can wear them all day. I find that the sound quality is amazing and the volume is really loud. My advice is to make the tap and hold on the headphones the volume. The headphones and your phone have different volumes, so if you turn the headphones up all the way and control the volume through your phone, there isn't a volume issue. Someone said in a review that the mics can be muffled, so I tested it out. My friends on Discord and my family members I call, have not said I was muffled. Only time was when I was laying in bed on my side and one of the mics were covered by the pillow. My only real complaint is that there is sound echo and a skip in sound as if my phone is far away. When I'm in a call, an echo likes to appear every now and then. The sound is in one headphone and then a half a second later it goes through the other. My music also skips sometimes, even if my phone is just sitting there. I hope these issues don't get worse cause that's my only issue.

These are very good earbuds for the price. They sound good fit well and the battery life is quite good.

Sounds are clear, easy to connect to more than one device, comfortable and battery lasts for a long time.

I have small ears and these fit perfect and stay in. Nice sound for what I like. Probably not for those who like more base.
