I purchsed this for a mother's day gift. My wife loved them at first. Then the issues began about 3 months ago. First the left bud stopped working. It wouldnt charge or turn on. After a week, it came back on suddenly. Then the following day, both buds wouldnt connect to her galaxy 8. I couldn't located the pair on my galaxy 10. A few days later, the right bud was working again. We searched the website and found this was a common problem with the silver buds. The problem continued in a cycle. One bud working *always the left, no buds working, one bud not charging, unable to locate the buds, and so on... We went back to the Samsung website and a rep told us the only solution was to send them to a Samsung repair shop. One is not located in our area. Frustrated my wife ended up buying a pair of skull candy wireless buds. She would not recommend this product and refused to get another pair of Samsung buds.

These buds work great with my note 9 and the best part is that they do not hurt my ears unlike some of the others out there. I know they are wireless but I wish they would be a little louder.

Great story great associates had a very nice experience there as usual Best Buy is a great place to shop and I'm really looking forward to the black Friday specials and the Christmas holiday stare at Best Buy.

Very good earbud, but I feel your spending some extra money just because of the brand name... I'm sure if a person did some research they could find a comparable product for less money

Associate explain how to insert them into my ears this is my second pair which these are perfectly clear and hold long charge

It's Samsung so you know it's gonna be an awesome product. Got them at a good price. Had bought the black ones for myself last X-mas. Had to get a pair for my wife to enjoy this X-mas.

After having these for almost 2 years i think its time to upgrade. They have served me well over the years however newer technology has rendered them obsolete.

My husband swore that he could never wear wireless ear buds because they all fall out of his ears. Gave these to him for Christmas and he absolutely loves them. Wears them to the gym, treadmill and all!

They work great, other than my 12 yr old feeling like she is just going to lose one whenever. Though she doesn't leave the house, so I'm not sure where she is going to lose it? lol

My husband like it but it does not have the noise canceling so you can still hear other people in the background. But overall it was an ok ear phones

I got these for my husband and he LOVES them. They stay on without moving and they are really good with noise reduction. The pairing with his Samsung phone was extremely fast and easy as well.

First I would have to say that the Samsung ear buds have come a long way. I can hardly notice I have them in my ear. Only downfall is that the charge doesnt last very long.

Bought these for better connection while at the gym. My older ones were conflicting with other Bluetooth signals around me. These took care of that and maintain seamless connection. Great sound too!

These are not bad. All I really have to compare to are the Apple earbuds as well as the Beats earbuds. They are definitely more comfortable than the apple (corded) buds, but I love the sound and comfort of the Beats. These are comparable in comfort, but I feel that the Apple/Samsung difference causes complications in sound/call quality. Calls are muffled at least 50% of the time. I’m sure these are fine when paired with an Android device, but not sure I’d recommend for iPhone.

I like them because they can charge in their case. Can also charge on my phone and the wireless pad. Only thing I would like to have also is an optional wire.

I have the galaxy note 10+ pairing these ear buds is so easy now granted these dont bump as loud as some of the other competitors on the market but they still get the job done and I enjoy them very much.

Got for a gift for tech savy son. Liked them but fell out a lot. He ended up losing one while skateboarding. I thought they looked bulky compared to my airpods.

great connection it would connect to all the products that I have but it's a bit too big for my ears so you need to have larger sizes ears I would say not for women

I have used a Samsung Note and have been open to using Samsung products but in recent years, believe that Samsung has not kept up in quality, fit, technology or coolness. The earbuds sounded good, with reasonable noise cancellation but never fitted well. They often fell out on my reasonably gentle road bike trips. And a few days ago, one of the earbuds stopped working despite earbud SW upgrade, reset, etc.

These buds are pretty good. Great sound with touch controls along with a little more functionality with Samsung's app. If you've never purchased the previous headphones then these are for you.
