I gave them 1 star because they are loud however, the 3 ear bud attachments don’t fit my ear very well. They also didn’t fit my wife or my 10 yr old either. There also is some sort of problem where the sound and or power goes out. Apparently this is an issue as there is a Samsung Troubleshooting page for this exact problem. When this happens it’s such a headache to resolve because you must reboot the buds and pair again...if the buds cooperate. Takes over 20-30 min to reseller this issue. This happened to me while driving, while on the NYC subways and at the gym. I currently do not use these buds any longer and await to regift them to someone else. I do not recommend these to anyone
