Ok for answering phone calls

I found them to be heavy and a bit awkward. Prolonged use tends to cause my ear canal to hurt even after using the differenct ear tip sizes. I have yet to use them for working out. I wish you could adjust the volume on the ear buds rather than doing so by your phone.

I constantly keep putting them back in my ear or when I feel they are coming out, I push them back in but accidentally click the button and it hangs up on the person I'm on the phone with. Needs something to help hold the earbuds in place in your ear.
