The sound is ok on these however the microphone is not. People kept telling me I sounded as if I was under water. I returned them and went back to Apple AirPods.

It delivers great music experience . Also, the noise cancellation is good. But during calls, I hear it very well, but the people on other end of call keeps complaining about clarity. They keep saying "Voice is not clear and breaks down sometimes". Initially I thought , it might be due to network issue. So, I tried switching between speaker and Bluetooth multiple times. They complain only when it connected to buds. Also, I see this issue raised by multiple people in Samsung forum. I am returning this product. I love Samsung products, but they need to redesign this product for sure. Giving 2 start only for Music.
