I have two pairs 1 for me and 1 for my partner they worked well for a while but 1 pair barely holds a charge anymore and 90% of the time when talking on the phone they person on the other end starts sounding like a robot so bad I can't understand them this is very annoying. The other also has lost the ability to hold a charge. We do use them quite a bit either for music or calls so I did purchase replacement plans so we will see how that goes.

The best ear buds i ever owned and the sound great

Love the inner ear fit and feel but it loses connection to my phone has done it on 2 different Samsung phones. Will have to contact Samsung for further help.

I purchased the buds about 3 months ago...lost them already! I loved the seamless integration with my Active Watch 2 and Note 9. My ears are extremely small and the buds were a bit too large. The one reason I purchased was the feature that allowed calls to be answered and made. I wish I had known the mic was absolutely horrible before purchasing. No one could hear me and made reference to that fact that I sounded "garbled". Please fix Samsung because I would be the first in line!

Didn’t care for them. Trebly even though you can adjust them. I’m not someone to listen to my music super loud but these earbuds don’t get very loud. Returned them for AirPods

Had them for a year and one ear bud stop working and best buy asked me to bring them in because they still had a manufacturers warranty only to tell me I had to contact Samsung. What a headache

Great headphones but they fell out of the case somehow in my pocket and ended up on the ground to later be stepped on by my coworker and cannot replace them cause it's considered an accident, so 3 stars based off that

In a world where wireless technology is somethig we yearn for, this disappointed me in a lot of categories. First the good. Sound isolation is AMAZING!!!! I can't hear anything or anyone with these in. It's pure Bliss at times. With that being said. The controls were really good at first , but then they got worse. The touchpad sensors are annoying. To adjust your headphone if you need to, youres almost always stopping music or whatever your one tap or hold is. The microphone is AWFULLLLLL. I have to talk very loud to be able to hold a conversation. Samsung is a multi billion dollar company and has failed in this regard.

The earbuds are very heavy and tend to fall out of my ears frequently. They aren't loud at all and simply arent worth the money, you're better off going for another brand.

Love that I don't have to wear both ear phones pieces. I don't like the quality of it being a Samsung product. It feels cheap and doesn't have a weight to it. It does not block out noise.

have good reception. but over a whole day, they are not as comfortable as my previous earpiece. Also, can't get the double click to work to answer the phone, and that's the main thing I use them for.

I am one who likes to listen to music while walking, with these particular ear buds the sound of my music goes in and out, if I turn my head a certain way while walking. I have to carry the phone close to my ear in order for the connection to be perfect. If I am carrying the phone in a side pocket on any workout gear the connection is poor as get back. The one thing I do like is how snug they fit in my ears while walking or jogging

I originally had to return these due to not fully charging and poor call quality. An update was provided, though it's better, it's still not the best. I also have small ears and they can be quite uncomfortable.

These earbuds works really good for watching movies on your phone. But I have to say that using them for phone calls are not what I expected. People constantly telling me they cant hear me.

I have owned these for about a month. I own a Samsung phone and assumed ear buds from the same company would be great. When I use the ear buds, I receive clear reception from whomever I'm talking to. However, everyone I talk to says I sound muffled on their end and it's difficult for them to understand what I'm saying. I've adjusted to settings multiple times, but the result hasn't changed. It's frustrating bcuz the LG Tone headsets I've used for years appear to no longer be sold, so I'm forced to use earbuds and haven't been able to fond a "good" pair yet.

The volume is very low. I tried to watch a movie in a flight, I was not able to listen it. I had to add CC. I am not really happy with them.

The noise reduction and the sound is pretty good, however, the microphone is not very clear on phone calls. The person on the other end of the call complained about my voice quality.

The audio quality is pretty bad considering the price tag but that's really the only complaint other than that. They work as intended but you'd get better sound from some wired skull candy headphones
