The buds are ok but there’s no way to turn them off. I hope SAMSUNG can come up with a new generation of buds that we the consumers, can have totally control of the devices.

Bought these to use outdoors and have to say I'm disappointed. The connection isn't great if you put your phone in your pocket. Connection breaks up real bad. Took a pair back to best buy they exchanged them. The new pair is doing the same thing. Contacted Samsung via messenger and they want to exchange the pair that I got from best buy. I purchased the extended warranty on them. It was no problem to exchange. I can just keep exchanging them until Samsung figures out what is going on with this problem needs improvement.

Sound was OK, not anywhere near a great at Airpods. Also, the left one would not work in the left ear, but would work in the right ear. Took them back for another pair of Airpods.

They were nice but they just can't compete in sound quality against Bose or Sony but for the price they are pretty decent and with Bluetooth 5.0 makes them worth there price

I tried these when i lost my Bose earphones, i love Samsung products but was completely let done by these .

Little upset with certain things but not best buys fault. I would like it to do other things and got more in my ear snug. Not even the small rubber buds are so good.

This product is ok not the best out there also sound is not too loud and bass is weak when you cover the phone with your hand or hold it in certain way it gets distorted

Comfortable and sound quality is good. Only issue i have is i've experienced some crackling and disconnect issues when i paired it with my iphone.

These earbuds are good to have but we you are on them talking to someone they always same they can't understand what I'm saying to them.Because they can't hear me at all.

Bought these for the wife and 1) she complained of how uncomfortable they get, 2) one of the buds completely crapped out and stopped working.

The design is beautiful, sleek and sexy but the sound socks! Clarity is amazing but not loud at all!

I drive a big truck for a living and an older full-size Ford diesel fro everywhere else. After much research I landed on these Samsung earbuds. And I can tell you these are the worst earbuds I have ever had. First off, call volume even not in a noisy environment is not loud enough for my ears. Which brings me to the second disappointment. In my research it looked like there was a Samsung app for the iOS. After much digging, no there is not. The app that is available does not seem to do much with the earbuds at all. If there is any amount of background ground noise at all, these earbuds are useless. It took me beyond the Best Buy two week return policy to try them out, but when I did the first couple of calls in my work truck no one could hear me. Another call from my personal truck. Same result. I could not be heard or understood. I could hear the caller, but not with great volume or clarity. Had I been able to figure this out prior to the end of the return time, they would’ve gone back immediately. More time went by, I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 6s Plus to an iPhone 11 Pro Max. A couple of more calls, no difference. Now I have an expensive paperweight that I can use to hold papers on my desk at home, but with the compact size and light weight I dare not turn on the ceiling fan for their fear they will fail their job at that. Samsung has always been top-tier in my book. But unless I really missed something in my research, these are overhyped and worthless.

Not good at noise cancelation. Nothing special when it comes to music playback quality. Has good range, but often complaints about poor voice quality from other callers.

No noise cancellation , i got a problem for one item and got it resolved by samsung service center. But not good quality

The product is beautiful and full of sound. But for some reason no matter what, I can get them to fit right in my ear regardless of the different ear adapters.

The concept is great... but they have a short transmit distance and they do NOT pair with all samsung products. They would not pair with my Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet.

I actually returned them. The sound quality was horrible. They were very easy to use though. I do not recommend these.

This item is pretty cool to go with your Samsung Galaxy or note but you might as well by the Galaxy Bud plus It has much better quality

I purchase these rather than Airpods because I liked the in-ear seal style better than the open style. The bluetooth integration on these is great. Easy pair. Always connect automatically. Phone app to connect sound quality also good. Two negatives: 1) Call quality is poor enough to render these unusable for phone calls. Callers unanimously reported that I sounded far away and difficult to comprehend. Switching to phone mic (normal call) remedied problem instantly. There were NO cases where this did not occur, leading me to believe this is a design issue. 2) If you use these to connect to any source other than your phone, you will not have a means to control volume (unless source offers a control) or change sound quality as these are controlled by the app on your phone. In my case, I used them to listen to TV in the evening and had no means to alter the volume as my Samsung TV (2016) is not capable of controlling volume of BT speakers/buds I tried the the recommended support remedies with no improvement. Unfortunately I'm outside the return period and must eat the cost.

The Galaxy Buds firmly stay in your ears regardless of activity, but the sound quality is not as good as some other wireless earbuds that I have tried.
