Must be made for larger ear canals than mine

After trying all of the fitting options they give you, they still fall out of my ear, especially when I try to eat something! I gave up after one fell out while I was getting into my car and rolled under the car! I am a female, average sized person, just FYI. Ended up buying an AfterShokz bone conduction set and wear them all day with no problem.
