I've purchased cheaper brands that had better results. The quality doesn't reflect the price I've paid for them. I've seen all the videos on how to turn the volume up and non of that mess works.I love Samsung products but they hot the earbuds wrong on this round.

Refurbished Galaxy Buds Review

They won't hold a charge, and one ear bud will lose energy long before the other On the other pair, the left volume is very low, charging has no affect on fixing the volume level.

However, with mediocre sound and poor connection issues ( and yes I have the Galaxy Note 9) it just doesn't pair up. The sound is just ok... When I would ride my bike through the city I would get static. I did have that issue with the Apple Air pods or the beats x. Maybe next year they will come up with something better.
