I have a pretty big Samsung ecosystem and loved the idea of these fitting in. Read all the reviews, watched all the youtube's - the good reviews all indicated these both sounded great and the call quality was great. Neither are true. Call quality is decent - but my 2nd call was in a Costco and I was asked if I was speaking through aluminum foil. Later was walking dogs and my wife asked why there were screaming kids next to me - they were about 400 feet away playing catch. Audio has this wonky stereo effect - kind of like someone on acid is playing tricks on you panning from left to right in a super subtle but noticable way. Audio quality is no where near good. Its actually bad. And quiet. I wasnt expecting Sennheiser or Bose caliber, but these guys sound like the $7 pair I can pick up in the checkout line at Safeway. Any reviews that put this on par with even a medium level sound quality are either people who dont know better or are on Samsung payroll. Bummed for sure, returning tomorrow and looking towards maybe those new Sony's with noise cancellation.

Honestly thinking about switching to iPhone just because these headphones were so bad. One just stopped charging unless I kept the case open and the other one just started slowly disassembling itself over time. Not even 6 months when this started happening. Total waste of money.

I've downloaded updates and tried everything I could find on the internet. Most of what I found was people with the same complaint. I'm passed my "generous" 15 day return period so now I have to deal with Samsung.
