    Battery life is not long at all to get the most out of them you have to use one at a time

    Sometimes the caller on the other end of phone has trouble hearing clearly. They say that I sound muffled.

    The right ear bud is not working correctly. The sound is very low. Otherwise no problems.

    The guy told me they were white, I wanted white. I also the sound on these are not as loud as my black pair

    The left earbud has stopped working less then 30 days and I can not get it to work.

    It has a great design but the sound when talking on the phone sounds with an echo on the receivers end.

    The earbuds are always going in and out of stereo, not to mention on most songs they dont get loud enough.

    I love Samsung electronics but the galaxy buds are trash. Thr volume is so low that even at the highest setting you can barley hear the music. I returned them the next day for another product. Disappointed in these, Samsung needs to do better especially for the price that i'm paying!

    They are ok. Ear wax builds up pretty easily and the battery isnt too good.

    Terrible Connectivity

    I was so excited when I got these buds for Christmas. I had just had surgery so I wasn't able to go for walks or anything yet. Last week I got the OK to begin to exercise. My first walk and the buds went in and out the entire time. I thought it was a fluke, so I tried again on my second walk and they were even worse. I was going to keep them and just use my old Samsung buds that came with my phone for walks and runs since they worked good in my house. Also I am past the time to return, ugh, another issue. Well today was the straw that broke the camels back. I FINALLY got them to connect to my HP Google Chrome Book to watch some TV and they just kept going in and out. I am sad that they suck so bad. I am going to call BestBuy now to see what can be done.
