Thr volume is so low that even at the highest setting you can barley hear the music. I returned them the next day for another product. Disappointed in these, Samsung needs to do better especially for the price that i'm paying!

Terrible Connectivity

I had just had surgery so I wasn't able to go for walks or anything yet. Last week I got the OK to begin to exercise. My first walk and the buds went in and out the entire time. I thought it was a fluke, so I tried again on my second walk and they were even worse. I was going to keep them and just use my old Samsung buds that came with my phone for walks and runs since they worked good in my house. Also I am past the time to return, ugh, another issue. Well today was the straw that broke the camels back. I FINALLY got them to connect to my HP Google Chrome Book to watch some TV and they just kept going in and out. I am sad that they suck so bad. I am going to call BestBuy now to see what can be done.
