The samsung response is to update them but you can't update them without connecting them to the galaxy wearable app on your phone, which you can't do given the issue to begin with.

Sound is too low

Even at max volume, the sound is barely loud enough to hear. Samsung may be restricting the volume to keep people from damaging their ears, but it is so low they are not really usable.

After a year or slightly less of use, they seem to not work well anymore either a speaker goes out in one side or both. They are comfortable but I do not recommend for longevity

I tried disconnecting them, using them with another phone and they were still making buzzing noise. Maybe I'll try the upgraded version of them.
