    Great sound, awful connection

    this was my second pair of Buds i would walk around town and turn my head and BOOM audio would cut out, they were the best sounding, most comfortable buds i have ever used, but the fact that i would loose connection when i turned my head was the reason i returned them, id the buds+ fixed this i will never know.

    Defective Ear Buds!

    Only had the buds for 4 months and the batteries do not fully charge. Went for my long walk, my right ear bud keep beeping, then the volume went to maximum and about killed my ears then it started changing the songs I was listening too. They must be defective

    The headphones are good but hate the fact if you lose one earbud your warranty dont cover it and best buy didnt want to accomodate me I dropped one earbud 1 week after purchasing them the manager at the store in Atlantic mall didnt care. Just frustrated I havent even started making payments on my card yet

    They worked ok for a while, after about 6 months the left one decided to stop working. I wasn't really impressed and I'm the way to Best Buy to return because now the right one has started acting weird. I've only used these indoors and to talk for work.

    sony in my opinion has always had good product but someone was sleeping on quality control when it comes to how these perform with Bluetooth on phone calls. I used them for 1 month before I got so tired of people telling me they couldn't hear me or I sounded like I was in a wind tunnel.

    They sound great but they’re too sensitive. If you barley touch them the music pauses, another problem I experienced with these wireless headphones, was that whenever I receive or make any calls they person I’m talking to says it sounds horrible and ok have to turn my Bluetooth off so I can talk.
