I bought these just before Bestbuy closed to the public. Now I wont be able to return them per return policy. Actually they told me to contact the manufacturer.. Awesome.

Audio issues!!! Flawed product.

How did these pass QA? I have a fully updated galaxy S8, no issues with other blue tooth products. With these buds, constant crackle, audio cuts out or slows down. When using them to talk on the phone, the audio gets out of sync between each bud. Build quality is nice, sweat proof is nice, ability to add different size covers to the buds for different ear sizes is nice. However, the problems that come with it are what you'd expect from a cheapo earbud you'd buy on amazon for like $20. For $130, I would expect something that doesn't cut out. Unacceptable. These shouldn't cost $130, they should probably cost about $40 brand new given the issues. Wish I would have waited for the next version of this to come out because this version is clearly flawed.

They can be painful if not inserted just right and if not just perfect the sound quality goes down while causing discomfort to the ear.

Whenever I wear I feels like my ears are clogged and the sound was not clear either. When i talk to somebody, they asking me are you drunk. I returned anyway. I am not sure the product is defective or some problem with my phone.
