    So, did the title mislead you? No. No it didn't. I purchased a pair of these Samsung Galaxy Buds back in 2018, and guess what? THE RIGHT EARBUD SOUND QUALITY IS LOWER THAN THE OTHER. Thus I recommend NOT getting these earbuds.

    The more that I wear them the more people on the other end say, " What did you say?" or "You are cutting out!" or "You sound like you are in a cave!" I am using them with a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. In a nutshell I am not happy. Paid too much for this...

    Not for use with non-Apple products

    I listened to these with a Samsung phone and they sounded average. Unfortunatley they do not play well with Apple products and lake lows and hi's. It was strictly a hollow mid range earbud. I have several other brands that sound well with Apple.

    Purchased these when they went down in price due to the new Galaxy Buds 2 release... was very disappointed to find that you cannot access the app on an Iphone for this model, so back to the store they went.

    Left ear bud clacking noise

    This was bought as a gift and worked perfectly for about 3 weeks until the left ear bud started a crackling noise. Tried charging the buds in case for 24 hours hoping that would fix the issue. Will be exchanging these for a new pair.

    Its Awesome, until its not

    Enjoyed these buds, Then noticed an issue with the Left buds draining fast and then not holding a charge. After 1 hour of use. The buds went from 100-10% left. The right still showed 85%. Will exchange, Hopefully, this won't be a continual thing.

    Not compatible with Fitbit versa

    Bought for my dad they will not connect to his Fitbit and if they do, they go in and out. Tried all of the tricks we found online and nothing works well enough. Will be selling for $20. Poor sound quality and device connection

    Not good for calls

    These have terrible background noise for the person that you are talking to when you are on the phone. It's like they have no noise cancelling. They have good sound quality for music and hearing the people on the other side of the call.

    I bought these for my husband for Father’s Day since he owns a galaxy phone. He kept stealing my teens AirPods so thought these would be even better. Wrong! Poor sound quality, so I returned and bought him his own AirPods.

    **Great speakers for internet and Music, bad for speaking through phone connection "had people say it sounds muffled or I sound like a Robot". ***Would not recommend for phone calls..I was told it was one of the best at Best Buy!

    I wouldn't really get these. I've tried many things and even YouTubed on how to wear it properly to have them stay on. They will stay on for a bit until they fall out. It's very frustrating. I cant even return them so avoid if possible.

    Have to remove ear buds each time you charge; no storage container included to place earbuds, susceptible to loss if dropped. Earns buds fell out of my ears several times with slight head movement. Not what I expected with purchase!!

    I have found better headphones for this price range. I thought that it would be best with my android phone but I was wrong. Constant dropped calls. Not clear when in calls with others. I give it a 4 out of 10 Looks nice though

    THE WORSE SAMSUNG EAR BUDS EVER

    They gave issues from the very start. I took them to a samsung repair center, they were exchanged for another pair but they were defective as well. The audio were extremely low. I couldnt answer calls due to earbuds having technical difficulties. Everytime i went on the samsung site to make an appt to repair/replace the 2nd pair were a disappointment. The serial number on the cradle was unfounded. I just end up throwing them away.

    Will be returning these for refund . Sound is awful. Size for small earlobes is good but very low volume and sound not good at all.

    I use them sparingly, I usually use a pair of cheap ones because I can hardly hear out of them. So for that I guess they are fair? Maybe even poor. I have great hearing but cannot hear well with these at all.

    Broke after 6 months, painful sound

    These were okay at first. I found them a little uncomfortable. Then after about 6 months they stopped working. I went from listening to Music to this really high pitched awful sound. I disconnected them from Bluetooth but the sound wouldn't stop. Later on I came back and it was no longer making the sound but even after charging them they would not reconnect. It wasn't like I dropped them or they were exposed to water I was literally just listening to music walking around my house picking things up starting to get laundry sorted. I bought the Apple ones after and they were perfect.

    Brand New - not Refurbished and I have to return them becuase they give feedback on the callers end.. Very Disappointed. shouldn't have to buy a young teenager 100 head phones for them to work..

    Can't hear conversation in my truck.

    I drive a logging truck. Anyone trying to call me can't hear for the background noise. This was a question I asked and was told that it would not be a problem. Also when not in truck people had a hard time understanding me.
