    Was quite unhappy with these the ear fit was uncomfortable, was told that all you had to do was tap to answer, tap the hang up etc; etc; can't say that these did any of that. Attempting to do that felt like tapping your eardrums from one side to the other. Anyway that you tapped didn't work. And if that wasn't enough adding insult to injury wasn't able to return to the store because since they had been opened they couldn't take them back, my question so how was I suppose to use them without opening the box. Couldn't get an answer.

    noisy while walking. picks up noise from every source. not good if you need to talk while walking. better be in a quiet room and sit still. requested white, but shipped silver so BBY doesnt really care.

    Dead after a month of use

    These started out well, but ended up with the right bud dying after a bit over a month of use. It wasn't the speaker itself, because you could hear the beeps when you tapped on the bud. Went through all trouble shooting steps, nothing fixed them. They are also VERY easy to lose, being so small, but that will be the case with any true wireless buds. I'm not sure the sound quality is any better than the much cheaper buds I got to replace these. Very unhappy with this purchase and regret it. However, being so busy, I ended up beyond my return date, so am stuck with them.

    not happy with this product had to send it back twice both sets had a malfunction on the left charging dock went back and bought the earbuds plus I'm just not a happy customer of these

    I loved these ear buds in the beginning. The biggest problem I had with them was the fact that I could not be connected to two devices at the same time. I had to disconnect from my phone to connect to my tablet. Now approx 5 months later the right ear bud will state it has a 100% charge and within seconds change to 5% charge to critical low and not function. No matter how many time I clean the case and bud, and charge it up it does not change. So now I will be forced to use my Geek Squad plan and get replacements. Sad because everything I own is Samsung.

    I’m usually fan of Samsung features/products & usability. Maybe you get that when paired with Samsung device..but with iPhone, they were two thumbs down unfortunately. Seemed to be well made, felt sturdy.

    Nice ear buds. However, if you are an iPhone user they are not as compatible meaning you won’t be able to use the android app. I returned these for the air pod pros and I’m glad I did.

    I am a 36 year old woman, I absolutely love Samsung products however I really need for Samsung to make ear phones that are a little smaller these buds cost too much money for me not to be able to enjoy.

    Poor connections and cracking sound, it something’s reject calls instead of answering, the sound are just too bad and more also you don’t have the means to detected it Incase it fall off or missing

    Since it's made by Samsung was expecting better performance from a this product. The sound quality is poor and the battery doesn't last long at all. I have earbuds that cost $50 that have longer life.

    When talking on the phone, people would say that it sound like I am far away from the phone. The sound volume was low even when turned up to the maximum level. Poor sound quality.

    to be the first ear buds the quality of loudness is really poor i thought they would be a little be louder for doing exercise or simple at work at home for samsung that poor quality

    Like some of their awesome tvs that play their annoying TV plus channel no matter what you do, when setting these up if you are not careful and don't not select Bixby, you're stuck with it. you can remove app but just puts you back on Bixby and if you want to use google voice or some other wireless features you are just funneled to samsung. For the 1st time in awhile i tried buds that were not Bose and i paid for it. They may work ok but the setup was enough where i'm returning and i never return anything (usually give away) but F these :-)

    Enjoyed these wireless bus at first, after about 6 months of use earbuds signs quality deteriorated quickly to almost no sound

    Sound is muffled when I call anyone. They can not hear me clearly. I have tried everything. Diffrent settings on the app from ambient sound to others and no change. Very Very disappointing.

    These buds, probably a month after buying them, started cutting in and out randomly. I've had cheap headphones not do that. The sound is fairly low in crowded situations and the call quality is poor. I bought them before I left traveling. I wish I had been able to return them when I could. Now I'm stuck with them. I don't know if I'll be buying things from Best Buy anymore since their return window is so small. The silver is pretty, that is about it. Now I'll have to save up to replace them. This was my first Samsung purchase and I'm not impressed.

    initially earbuds worked great. Less than 2 months later, cannot get the right earbud to charge or connect. no help online....USELESS.

    I am not that please with the samsung buds. The sound quality is not the best. I returned a pair for the same reason. However this pair sound just as the last. No I would recommend.

    Terrible!! Bought it for my husband and every time we talk on the phone, it picks up the smallest noise. It makes it unbearable. My ears hurt when he uses it because it’ll pick up even chewing sounds. When shopping at grocery stores and they are playing music, you can hear the music playing. The background noise overpowered the talking. We tried changing the settings after googling how to adjust it and resetting the device, it doesn’t work. Waste of money.
