I dunno how good the are with galaxy phones, but I don't recommend using them with a windows laptop. Poor sounds quality for listening, but mic seems ok, when others hear you.

Bought these for my husband. He used them once and sadly had to tell me I made a bad purchase. The sound cuts in and out constantly unless phone is in his hand. Who wants to hold their phone while listening to music? He can't even put his phone is his pocket while walking because the music will cut in and out. Updated software even though just purchased, still happening. Since I purchased as a gift and did so early, it's past Best Buys 15 return policy, Samsung will only exchange for equally terrible ear buds. Pretty expensive for a piece of garbage.

Call received are fine but calls out are terrible in audio on the recipients end. They are large and uncomfortable as well. Works for podcasts but that is it.

I wanted to love these but I hated them. Once put in my ears it my surroundings sounded muffled and when making calls the other people had a hard time hearing me. After trying them numerous times i returned it and went back to my JBL wireless earbuds and they worked so much better. Everybody could hear me clearly and my surroundings sounded perfectly clear. I highly recommend you look at other products rather than this even if you have multiple Samsung Galaxy products like I do.

I had been looking for a good pair of Bluetooth headphones to use while at work. The same day i purchased the Samsung galaxy buds every call i answered complained about how they could not hear me or that the call was cutting in and out (super frustrating). I purchased them after reading the reviews and assumed they would be exactly what i was looking for and well now i'm just extremely disappointed. I probably won't be able to return them to best buy anytime soon due to the pandemic which is even more frustrating.

Left side quit working after 5 months of very light use. and unfortunately I didn't buy the insurance for it. (which seems like you have to buy it on everything anymore)

These earbuds never worked more thab a couple of weeks. returned the product 3 times for replacenent but each time one of the ears quit playing

Never buy any product when it first comes out...there's always room for improvement. Poor quality sound.....not enough volume.

Right bud lasting charging for good time. but left bud was draining out so fast. Not even for 20 mins of cal after charged fully.

Quite charging on right ear I have tried everything. Used very little so it's not over use or over charge.

Connects quick charges easy but not even a month in and my right bud doesnt work. Never dropped it never got wet so what gives.

These earbuds aren't good for phone calls. When on a phone call, the person on the other end of the call complain of not being able to hear me. Complaints of alot of noise.

I've been meaning to return these but haven't had the time and then Covid hit. For these to be Samsung, the quality is trash. For them to be "earbuds", there's no reason I should ever sound muffled when I'm talking. Whomever I'm talking to can hear what's going on in my background more than they can hear me. Taking them back as soon as I find the charger cord and have time.

Bought these and liked them but everytime i was on the phone with my contacts they kept saying the back ground was killing there ears so i returned them for a refund..

I was in the market to get a set of truly wireless headphones to replace a set of jaybird freedoms that I use at my work office. I was down to either the Soundsport free Bose or the Jabra elites until I got wind of the galaxy buds. After watching a few video reviews, I went for them and couldnt be happier with my decision. Sound quality is a huge improvement over the jaybirds and more in line with more expensive headphones. They slide in and secure easily. The feature set is exactly what I needed. Each ear piece independently connects/disconnects as you put it in/take it out of your ears. Modern touch controls allow you to adjust volume, pause, play, skip track, rewind track, etc.. I frequently drop my headphones in the case when I need to step away for a bit and maintain charge in the headphones pretty much always. I like that I can just drop the case on the same wireless charging pad as my phone and charge effortlessly.

Bought as a gift for my husband. We returned them and got the + version, which seem to fix all of the issues mentioned in the negative reviews of the these.

I bought these buds back on 8/25/2019, the right bud stopped working the next day, me being an idiot decided to send them in to Samsung for a replacement, well that's been well over a month now and still no replacement or refund even with a dozen calls and chat conversations. I should have just brought them back to Best Buy for an exchange, I might actually have ear buds to use right now if I had. Don't ever use the Samsung replacement, they will keep your return and your money, I'm out 130 dollars.

Not so clear and you cant take your calls. When you have an incoming call, you still go to your phone. It is just an ear piece. Not to make or take calls

Had them for less then a month one side stoped working great earphones besides that , I worked construction. With them mabey someone who wont let them get dusty at all

They work while not moving around. If your phone is in your pocket don’t plan on hearing much or any quality sound. Go for the upgrade.
