Returned them for a new pair of the same buds. And now, in just over two months, the right ear bud has decreased sound quality (left one is louder than the right one) and is getting worse. Do not buy these unless you like being disappointed and wasting your time.

All the customers complain about not hearing him clearly or not at all sounding muffled. I have called him and wasn't able to hear him as well. I would not recommend nor buy them again. I'm very disappointed!! Ease to use is poor because he can't use it to hear anyone. I wasted my hard-earned money!! Note I selected 1 star because there wasn't one to indicate 0 star

No matter the size bud, they always felt like they were about to fall out, which may have affected the sound. The music sounded horrible, and the phone calls weren't as crisp I felt they should be. Callers also said that I sounded far away or I always had to repeat myself. And the controls were terrible. In other to get the assistant, you lost control of the volume. So if you left your phone in another room, there was no way to control it.
