Great while they still work.

Two pairs have an issue where one of the earbuds stops taking a charge. Then they become fancy earplugs. If you choose to gamble with them, get the extended warranty; you'll need it.

The right ear bud will no longer connect to the phone. I've unpaired them, uninstalled the software, reset my phone to factory. Nothing worked. I tried to contact Samsung support but the person had no idea what they were talking about and told me I had to find a Samsung Phone specialty store to have an engineer look at them to find out what's wrong.

Right ear bud stopped working after 2 weeks...

Now the right bud has gone out. Of course Best buy only has a 14 day return policy. So essentially a $120 paperweight. From a person with galaxy watches, phones, and Samsung TVs, it's getting really tiring to continue buy products that aren't lasting/minimally updated.

Not happy!

Defective item. Call quality is non existent.

They sond of as headphones but the call quality is terrible. I constantly have to disconnected them so people can her me on call if there is even minimal background noise. I thought I just needed to adjust the settings but none of that worked. Now it appears that I'm stuck with them as there is a very short return window.
