    Left ear bricked after software update

    Software update made left ear so it would not connect again. Tried multiple times with every troubleshooting step from Samsung and other sources. Contacted Samsung multiple times by phone and chat with no help for an item under warranty. I own two sets of the Bud+ with no problems. True let down bu Samsung.

    Everything was fine I'm still a few weeks later when the right side start losing connection and did not want to connect anymore

    I put the smallest tips on these and still couldn't get them far enough in my ears to feel secure and unless I kept pressure on them, the sound was faint and tinny. Also, I tried to have a phone conversation and the other party had a really hard time hearing me so that means there's a microphone issue too. I don't recommend these. Wish I could return them.

    I bought these to pair with my Galaxy active watch and listen to music while I run. The connection was very unstable and would cut in and out depending on the position of my arm. I purchased a pair of cheap $30 wireless buds to see if I would have the same issue, and surprisingly I did not. The connection with the cheaper buds was rock solid. That's pretty sad Samsung. I ended up returning the Galaxy buds.

    I like Samsung products alot. But these sound like garbage. Even after tweaking them. Picked up jaybird Vista. Waaaay better

    after having them for 2 months the left ear bud just stop working out of no were. took very good care of them for it to just stop working, it would be different if they had fallen hard to the floor or in water, then I would understand but none of that happen just very disappointed with my Galaxy buds.

    My experience with the Samsung wireless buds wasn't a good enough experience to keep them. The are heavy and tend to fall out easily. Only one light indicator for charging. Found left bud not fully charged several times due to not having a charge indicator light for each individual bud. Not loud enough, poor sound quality. Should be able to control left and right volume separately.

    After 2 months the right ear bud lost battery life and a couple days later wouldn't come back on then the left one died and they no longer pair. Samsung was of no help at all and now I have a 150 dollar paper wieght. This product is garbage.

    A few months ago I would've given these earbuds 4 stars. They overall seem to be quality... until recently. I bought these in September 2019. Just over a year later (once the warranty period ended) I am now struggling to hold a charge and to get the right one to work at all. For over $100 I really expected more than 1 years usage.

    Sound ok - lags in YouTube videos - people cant hear me speak since mic is too high up and inside the ear.

    iOS Compatability issue.

    After purchasing, we discovered there is a known issue with the iPhone. Per Samsung support, the earbud can become unresponsive. The earbud can be reset using the App available for Android devices. The iOS app does not work with this Samsung Buds model, only the "Plus" version of this model. The only solution was to return it.
