Looked online and was not able to find a solution that was long term. Had them for 2 days and would never buy again !

I returned the first pair, thinking they were dysfunctional, but the second pair was the same. I could not put my phone in my pocket, do yoga, or go running without choppy audio almost immediately. The same occurred when I tried connecting the earbuds to other devices as well.

Don't stay in ear

I have tried all the different sizes that come with it. I have had these for exactly a month today. I opened the case to use them again, the right one doesn't work. It has a red exclamation point on the app. It doesn't tell me what to do to fix it. Or what is wrong. I am going back to the neckband.
