    I had to returned because of having sensitive ears. I could feel the pain in my ears less than a mins.

    They charge does not hold very long. They also do not stay and your ears. I would not buy this again.

    these buds do not fix my ears well. they keep falling out. I should of return them.

    When I would talk to people with my ear pods they would say it’s very staticky and can’t hear me clearly

    These were perfect for on-the-go listening and conversation. That it, they were, until one just stopped working. Took forever to get through to Samsung customer support, and then they wanted me to return it in a box that I provide, with the earpiece that still works, and the charger. Kept the one that works, but I won't buy them again

    I come from apple products and still have a pair of airpods that I unfortunately had to go back to using due to people not being able to hear me with the right bud would sound muffled then the left one started having issues . Looked online and was not able to find a solution that was long term. Had them for 2 days and would never buy again !

    These had terrible connectivity issues. I returned the first pair, thinking they were dysfunctional, but the second pair was the same. I could not put my phone in my pocket, do yoga, or go running without choppy audio almost immediately. The same occurred when I tried connecting the earbuds to other devices as well.

    These don't stay in my ear. I have tried all the different sizes that come with it. I have had these for exactly a month today. I opened the case to use them again, the right one doesn't work. It has a red exclamation point on the app. It doesn't tell me what to do to fix it. Or what is wrong. I am going back to the neckband.
