The volume falls off dramatically after a month!!!

The worst ear buds I've ever had. They have a problem with microphones and ambient noise that has never been fixed. It is a known issue and is simply fixed by buying a new pair of the BUDs+. Terrible terrible product from Samsung which is unusual.

Bought these for ease of use with Samsung phone. Worked great for 2 months, then 1 had sounds issues. Samsung replaced and 2 months later, sound issues again. Samsung replaces and again and immediately experienced sound quality issues. Samsung refunded purchase price. Bought Galaxy Buds+ and definitely have no regrets.

Positive is that they were comfortable and paired easy with my Galaxy Note NEGATIVES. I have only owned these for four months and the right earbud already does not work. It will not connect and none of the options work to fix it. Sound tends to echo when paired with my laptop. A waste of money to only work for 4 months.

After less than 2 weeks, the right earbuds microphone makes a popping/farting noise for everyone that’s on the phone with me. Can’t return because I don’t have the box as I had trusted Samsung’s product to be top tier with no risk of severe defect like this. This defect makes them useless to me.

This is my second pair in less than a month. They make a noise while talking to someone that sounds like a bug is in your ear of some sort. Echo’s while talking etc. returning my second paid today back to the store and instead bought the raycon earbuds love them

Bought these as a gift for my husband. He was excited to take them on vacation. Unfortunately he didn’t try them out before we left. They only work well if he’s holding his phone in his hand. Kind of defeats the purpose of wireless. Wanted to return them but due to buying them ahead as a gift we were past the date of being able to return.

I was trying to get in the groove of these ear buds but I just could not. The earbuds were not a good fit for my ear. As soon as ear moisture starts to come into play they fall out.In fact I've actually already lost my earbud and I just brought them in September. The battery does not last long as well. It's just not what I expected

Terrible for anyone who might dare to move while having these in their ears

I was hopeful that these earbuds would be the answer to my prayers, but they were not. The smallest covers were too big for my ears, the "ambient" feature didn't allow me to hear my background any clearer, and callers constantly complained of poor sound quality. I wasn't even upset when I lost one.

The earphones kept falling out of my ears no matter what size ear holder was used

I've changed the sizes multiple times but the buds won't stay in our ears. If it wasn't too late to return for a refund, i will have returned them (truly not worth it). My husband already lost one of the buds because it wouldn't stay in the ear so I stopped using them to avoid losing mine.... I wish I could exchange for something else

I was super excited to buy these but they were a big disappointment . The issues I had with these buds were that when you were on a phone call, they sounded really muffled and the person sounded far away. They worked fine on music, but again if you’re going to use it to use hands free talking I would put my money else where.

I would not recommend these are people that I have I guess sensitive ears

It's only been a month & the right pod doesn't work & i can't get anyone to answer the phone about my warranty or geek squad protection. This is the 2nd pair I bought bc I lost my 1st pair in my room, but couldn't track them.

Pass on these. Their app sucks..,........................

The earbuds are big for my ears and the touch prompts don't work all the time.

Garbage. That's really the best you can say about them. Sound quality is average, but don't waste your time even trying to use them for phone calls. Nobody on the other end could understand anything I was saying. Said it sounded like i was on a speakerphone that was covered up by a pillow under water......
