IOS app doesn’t permit adjustment to sound quality, equalizer.

I bought the for Zoom meetings. Every time you take them out of your ear you have to reconnect to Bluetooth. The sound is very "tinny." Maybe they are only really intended for Samsung devices. I'm using an Apple iPad. I will be returning them and trying a different brand.

bought this for a christmas present for boyfriend. he did not like it and would have rather the apple airpods due to the lack in quality of samsung. he said they were not loud and don’t produce enough sound compared to the wireless apple airpods

I got them wet a little bit and now one of the earbuds stop working

Hurts in the ear, cannot answer phone using the earbuds.

Had to return twice due to right ear piece going out.

When getting a phone call, the person on the other end ALWAYS complains about the ear buds breaking up. Also when listening to music, if you have to adjust the bud, it will cut your music off because any touch on the bud has a function. I was actually thinking about returning them.

Constant feedback that people can't hear me or I sound muffled.

Smaller than your standard earbuds, but great quality! Soon as i opened the case i didnt have to worry about downloading an app or pushing buttons to sync, my phone automatically detected the earbuds and gave me the option to connect. Theres no buttons, but theres a touch sensor on each earbud. I was skeptical thinking it would be too easy to accidentally turn on/off my music when handling them but there is a sensor in each earbud so nothing will play until you have them inside your ears. You can actually hear a low tone when you put them in your ear so you know. Whats even better is they're interchangeable! So it doesnt matter if you have 1 side in at a time. It has the same functions on each earbud! Tapping once with play/stop your music, tapping twice will skip to the next song, and tapping 3 times will go back to the previous song (If your using for music purposes). A HUGE plus for me is there is NO delay when watching Youtube or other videos on your devices. The sound is perfectly in sync with whatever your watching. Battery life is pretty good for the size as well. I have worn my earbuds for an 8 hour work shift and have not had to charge them during that time. I did at the end of the day just so id have a full charge for the next day, but probably not necessary. Definitely worth it for the price and size; very comfortable

The buds don't have to sound there made out to be.

There ok but not for what I need them to preform better.

I bought these at the suggestion of the clerk. She said they were one of the best. They aren't. I couldn't be heard during phone calls but the other party could hear everything that was going on around me. Noise cancellation my foot. I took them back the next day.

Plays music good but only rings in one ear.easy set up

Not a fan of the in ear cushioning. Its uncomfortable.

I brought this pair from online and when i went for pick up i read the warning as Reproductive harm. Please use it at your own risk. Seeing the warning I was worried as why Samsung is manufacturing the product are not good quality material which can cause a reproductive harm.

I was pretty bummer to find out the “find my earbud” feature did not work with iPhones after the BB salesperson said it would. Then the sound quality really wasn’t all that great. I felt the headphones that came stock with my iPhone were better. I ended up returning them.

Bud does'nt fit in the ear well quality isnt great

Just a step up from a tin can. I like my music to rock, no bass at all. But they paired easily with an old prepaid phone I use as an "Ipod". Just the sound is bad. But i'll use them for work at the airport. You get what you paid for.

The right ear bud stopped working after a few months

I purchase this product to use with my Samsung Galaxy 10 SE phone. I received a complaint from callers saying that my voice sounded muffled and they were not able to understand what I was saying. My return date has passed and I am very disappointed and this product.
