Would not recommend.

The volume different is quite substantial. Tried numerous troubleshooting methods to no avail. Now, just outside the return/exchange window. Definitely would not recommend.

Useless

Bought at best buy 2 months ago...at first they sounded ok. Now they lose signal constantly and for no reason lose connection. Updates are continual but do not help. Since I have had them for 2 months, best buy will not let me return...sux!!

Do not buy

So your choice is to use the $30 extended warranty to swap out for a new pair and then purchase another $30 warranty or deal with Samsung. Two months for what they cost, ridiculous!

Bluetooth issues

It didn't matter if I was on my HP laptop or my Samsung Galaxy phone, the sound would cut in and out even though I was within 1 foot of whichever device I was using.

Great fit but performance sucks

Failed HORRIBLY on calls. Nobody could ever hear me, said I sounded muffled all the time. Returned product after the 15day warranty and loss my insurance protection which sucked

Short life

Had to contact Samsung today 6/28/19 for replacement as Best Buy's return/exchange policy has passed.

What a bad buy and a waste of money.. Spent to much money here last year for things that don’t work

hard to pair

He had a hard time pairing this to his Samsung phone. Went to Best Buy to get help from a tech to pair to his phone. Tried it at home but still had problems pairing. Ended up returning it. :(:(:(:(

Poor Performance

Not good for listening to music

Even at their loudest, they are no way as loud as LG or Bose headsets. This is an epic fail. Returned.

Very Disappointed

Don't buy

Multiple times the left earbud would have a buzzing sound andnwouldnt stop unless your put in charging case and left it for awhile

They don’t get loud, lack bass and the fit is horrible. I’ve had a lot of wireless earbuds and these were the most underwhelming earbuds I’ve owned. A huge regret.

Left Earbud Quit Working
