    Left earbud quit working. Cannot update the earbuds. I bought another pair the same time as these and the same thing happened with them. I've seen many reviews and threads with the same issue.

    I do not like it because they bother the ears they fall when you do exercises and every time a call comes in I can't take it since it is not heard or I cannot answer them easily only lone used 2 times I do not like it.

    I have been using the Galaxy white earbuds for a few months and totally love them. The sound quality is awesome (if yours is not, then you are using the wrong size ear tip and need the larger or largest one). Once the size is right, the sound and bass response is incredible. These are also so light to wear, there is zero ear fatigue. Just 2 minor issues, first the wireless charging case (its great) but it will pop open if you drop it and both earbuds will go flying out. This happened to me at starbucks twice! Second minor issue is the touch controls are really sensitive, and everytime I remove the earbud from my ear the music starts/stops again. Its annoying because its basically impossible not to hit the touch controls. Also these earbuds cannot connect to 2 different devices at once (i.e. phone and laptop). So you have to turn off bluetooth on one of the devices before opening the case. The sound quality is just great as I said and the mobile App is really good. These are much better than the 65t's I have been using for 2 yrs.

    I bought these less than a month ago, and now the case won't charge. They've never been dropped, been in water, or anything else that would cause them to break. I am angry that I even bothered with these.

    Right earphone started to have a high pitch noise that couldn’t get rid of regardless of updating it through the app. Do Not get these!

    Best buy sent me a used product that was damaged, dirty, smelly, had earwax on it and was missing all of its accessories. Unacceptable

    These earbuds worked for 4 months, then stopped working. Effectively non-returnable or servicable under warranty unless you can provide the serial number, which is non-readable on charging case.

    No noise cancellation, Horrible Audio Quality, Poor Battery Life. These should be sold for $29.99 with a 10 dollar rebate. I cant believe that any wired set of headphones work better than these.

    Actually headed back to the store today since one of the buds stopped working and it hasn't even been 2 months. So im not really impressed as of right now with this item that was bought brand new.

    We had the boose headphones and were told these were really good for the price and we were not impressed. The over all quality of these are not so good i would not recommend these for people who talk a lot

    Poor sound quality for the price. Battery power even with charger is lacking, as is the Bluetooth range. Really disappointed in these gave them time to break in and never got any better.

    First when I bought 1 weeks later left bud got broken, I immediately exchanged with same model after 4 weeks right bud has same issue if you talk on phone it's making annoying sound. Waste of money

    This was one of the worse purchases that I ever made. I am a big fan of Samsung but this does not work well with the Samsung galaxy note and the product line that it was designed for.

    Sounds terrible . I was looking for an earbud that wasn’t protruding out of the ear . The Samsung looked nice and small but the sound is terrible.

    Unfortunately my Apple Airpods worked better on my Note 10+ then these buds. Call quality was very choppy. They do pair easily and I was hoping they would work out but connectivity was poor.

    My right headphone literally died 10 mins ago. I take really good care of my earphones. I bet there is nothing that can be done seeing as I was too stubborn to go with the warranty..

    Absolutely terrible quality These are literally worse than headphones that came with a Walkman in the early 90s. DO NOT BUY.

    I had to return these and buy the newer version, even though my friend has this version and no problems. May have been defective. No one could hear me when on a telephone call.
