One of my ear canals is small, and I have a piercing in the other one (Daith). Apples ear buds are impossible, for example, because they are hard and not smooshy. I do have a Samsung phone, so I dont know if that made the pairing and connection easier/better, but it was super simple and fast. Sound is amazing! The only earbuds I have ever had where you can adjust the equalizer settings (And I have tried them all looking for one that fit my ears and was comfortable, or didnt fall out). The case charges wirelessly, which is great. The buds seem to be holding a charge really well during use, so far. Its only been a day, but so far I am ecstatic about this purchase. In my other attempts at finding ear buds that would work for me it was iffy for a few days (but not good, either), and turned into a "NOPE".
I would recommend this to a friend a lot of money and they stop working
