    Left ear bud stopped working after light use less than 5 months after purchasing. I should have read the negative reviews before purchasing.

    My right ear bud went out after 2 months of light use. And as of today 8/4/2020 the left bud went out only had them for 1 year and 2 month.

    Was great at first but after 2 months the right headphone won’t work or connect or turn on it shows that it charges but it still doesn’t work

    The left ear bud on the one I bought is defective. I can barely hear out of the left one as the sound is not loud even at full volume.

    never worked properly. low sound despite all kinds of adjustments; Now do not work at all 16 months later. poor quality device.

    Should have returned them. Poor sound quality, echoing and fit. Eventually bought a $20 pair at NAPA and they surpass this Samsung product!

    3 months later and 1 bud doesnt work

    Literally 3 months later and 1 of the buds doesnt work. I've tried troubleshooting but will need to take the in and see what they find.

    The left bud stopped connecting after less than 2 months of having it. Will definitely be reaching out to Best Buy to Have them replace it.

    samsung sucks. Mine broke and they refuse to honor warranty since the serial number isn't on my online receipt!

    I liked their features and how well it paired with my Note but they weren't very comfortable. I tried for 2 weeks but I just had to return them.
