    Whenever I would talk to anyone ,I would always hear that I sound muffled. So I'm assuming that means they couldn't hear me clear

    No one can ever understand me they say i sound muffled and im tired of being asked over and over again to repeat myself. Bad product.

    came with no ear tips nor a charging cord!! The quality of the product is so poor doesn’t looks like an original galaxy buds!

    I thought that it’s easy to use replacing the AirPod. Purchased in January now August 2020 broken. Disappointed.

    Not a fan of Apple, but iPods is much better. Samsung buds have bad/cheap microphone. tried 3 different sets.

    It’s a NO for me..they do not stay in the ear, they are not real compatible with iPhone….

    Went three three pairs of these before samsung finally refunded money. Right earbud failed all three times.
