I didnt really like the sound quality of these. They're just ok!

The person on the other end of the phone cannot hear me with clarity.

Good noice cancelling, very loud crisp and clear, good size, decent battery life, can’t complain

These Earbuds just wouldn't stay connected to my phone....

They don't store music and make my ears twitch, I wouldn't recommend

Solid earbuds and a decent price. If you own a Samsung Device these are really great. You can customize the sound and buttons via Galaxy app. My wife liked the look of the white ones and they do look great in person. They sound good and look great. However they are a little heavy in your ears so you may catch yourself having to correct the fitment from time to time. especially if you are outside.

I've had these for about a week as I got sick of the cheap wireless earbuds I got off Amazon and to go with my new Pixel 3a XL. While connecting them wasn't as seamless as it would be on a Samsung (or like when I had an iPhone and AirPods) the Galaxy Wearable app made it easy. Sound quality is excellent as is battery life but since the case doesn't have the greatest battery life I'm still charging the case every 2-3 days but it does give my wireless chargers new life (as the Pixel 3a doesn't have wireless charging) The biggest plus is the connection and call quality. I work at an Telecom uplink facility (lots of satellites and equipment) which wrecks havoc on cellular and Bluetooth signals making it a issues to make phone calls or listen to music with earbuds. I can say that these have remained connected even when I'm in the bowels of the facility where other Bluetooth devices (including AirPods) struggle

I have bought a few wireless headphones in the past year. Some were too big, didn't fit well in my ear. Actually caused major discomfort. I tried "wired" wireless ones, and really didn't like that the wire would drop on side of my neck due to the weight of the mic. I bought these yesterday and am so soooo pleased with them. they fit PERFECTLY in my ears and I don't even notice they are there. They are so lightweight and the sound is great.

It hang up calls by it self also not clear .

The sound quality on these (especially compared to the previous Iconx pair) is phenomenal! Samsung made the right choice to slap their AKG logo on these, considering the sound. Base is deep and rich without being too overbearing, the mid and highs are also there, giving the vocals a clean and crisp audio experience. Basically, whatever you're listening to, these sound great. There are higher priced models that most definitely will sound better, but for what you're paying for, these do the job quite nicely. The comfort has also been drastically increased from the previous model, where the Icon X were plagued with ear fatigue symptoms, these fit snug in your ear; I could easily listen to these for the rated 6 hour active listening time. The only thing lacking on these is touch controls. Yes in settings you can technically change it to be what you want, but I would prefer to have all the controls in one setting. Swiping down for volume down, up for volume up, touch for pause, etc. All in all these are excellent earbuds, and you won't be disappointed in you buy them, especially in there is a Samsung phone to pair with.
