They don’t work, not easy to use and not functional.

Solid earbuds and a decent price. If you own a Samsung Device these are really great. You can customize the sound and buttons via Galaxy app. The black colorway has a stealth look to them. They sound good and look great. However they are a little heavy in your ears so you may catch yourself having to correct the fitment from time to time. especially if you are outside.

I usually don't review products; however, this product solved one of my biggest gripes with BlueTooth earbuds: static noise. I would always hear a high pitched noise and rather annoying static with my old earbuds while these produce zero static and zero high pitched noises. Easy to use, great sound quality, and a comfortable fit. Excellent product!

I love music. I listen to music a majority of the time I am awake, therefore it's incredibly important to me to have a great pair of headphones. There are three areas where I judge them: comfort, battery life and sound quality. I have bought near every pair of in ear true wireless buds sold by Best Buy. I take advantage of their return policy, but no more! The Galaxy Buds truly are my favorite. Comfort: these things are incredibly comfortable. No sore ears. Infrequent adjustments. I could literally wear them all day, which leads me to... Battery life: I have yet to have these things die on me while I'm listening to music. Between the buds themselves and the case, these last all day long. In order for any of this to matter though, they have to sound great... Sound quality: these sound incredible and the volume hits perfect jamming levels. Bass is best I've heard in the lineup and there is no distortion at full volume. Samsung really has created an incredibly comfortable, amazing sounding earbud set that holds up all day for power users. And at a fraction of the cost of similar headphones I've tested. Note: I tested these with a Samsung S9. I did test with a iPhone 6s as well and while some of the features are limited it sounds just as good with iOS as it does with Samsung's flavor of Android.

I have owned several sets of wireless earbuds over the past few years, most recently Anker Liberty Airs. The Galaxy Buds are very nice earbuds, super comfortable and sound quality is good. Are they worth twice as much as the Ankers? Compared to the Ankers, the things I like about the Galaxy Buds are: USB C and wireless charging Integration with Galaxy Wear app (can read messages, find earbuds, etc.) Proximity sensor to auto pause when removed Ambient mode Don't look like Airpods Things that are about the same: Sound quality (calls and music) Comfort Small case form factor Things I don't like: Cost A bit difficult to remove (could be a good thing, not going to fall out of your ear) Overall, I think the positives outweigh the few negatives and if you have a Samsung phone, they are worth checking out.

I have tried many earbuds, and the Samsung are truly awesome. You can set the equalizer to fit your needs. They are super lightweight and I can barely tell they are in my ears. If you can't find one, you can ask the app to ping it and it will make an audio sound to locate the earbud. These are truly great!

When purchasing earbuds, especially wireless earbuds I have to be mindful of two important things as most of us are. One, will it fit in my ears? Two, how good is the sound quality? I would like to think I have pretty average size ears so I would imagine that these earbuds would fit and hold in most people ears. I am very happy with the quality of the earbuds as well. Admittingly I have not had the chance to compare them to any other brand but I guess in this case ignorance is bliss because I was very impressed. The only complaint that I have is that after a long period of time in the ear it starts to become irritating but I will not hold it against this particular brand because I would imagine that something like that is not exclusive to this the brand or the earbuds.

Sound quality is good for daily use, but not really suited for users that want an audio file experience.

I’m probably more of a PC girl, but love my iPhone and iPad. However, not a fan of any of the Apple in-ears. I am a professional musician and have custom in-ears. These Galaxy in-ears are pretty darn good for an average Joe consumer. The fit is comfortable and they stay put while exercising. The sound quality is excellent. I wish I could EQ more but am unable to download the Samsung app on the iPhone, however, not a deterrent!! Thank you to the other reviewers for helping me make the decision to get these. No regrets.

I'm a huge Samsung fan. However, I and not a fan of these buds. When I first purchased my first pair, they worked extremely well. Great sound and cool features. This was the first pair of buds that would stay in my ear. After about 2 to 3 weeks the left bud had volume issues. I cleaned and attempted to trouble shoot, but nothing worked. Luckily I purchase the extended warranty from Bestbuy, and replaced them, only to have the same thing happen again. I replaced those, and here I am on my third pair of buds with the same volume issue, only this time its in both ear buds. Samsung did a poor job with these and I do not suggest these to anyone at all. A total waste of money if you do. I spent the 129.99 to purchase and 29.99 twice to replace them.... So basiclly 200.00 for something that will not last.

Sound is really great for an inexpensive pair of wireless headphones. Easy to pair and control with the app. Galaxy Buds are now my new favorite wireless for my Note 10! They are better than Airpods. The reason for the purchase was because Consumer Reports had given these an excellent rating. They chose the Galaxy Buds over Apple Airpods. I can see why! They just sound better!

Was hesitant to spend this much money on ear buds... I am glad that I did. These fit snug, but do not hurt my ears after having them in for awhile. They block out most of the outside noise and have a good sound quality. Seamless operation with my Samsung S10+ especially after they updated.

I had the 2018 Icon X's and I loved them except they had issues resting in the case and not charging. So I decided to return those with my warranty and get these. I love that they got smaller, and don't mind that they are missing the on-board storage, but why get rid of the swipe up/down for volume option?!!?!?! I used to love letting my phone lay somewhere and with the great wireless connection controlling it all from the buds, but now I actually have to have my phone in my pocket so that way I can inconveniently take it out of my pocket to turn my music up/down. I really hope that can be fixed with a software update, but if not I find it really annoying since I was expecting it from the previous generation.

OMG this earbud is life changing!!! I should have bought this long time ago!!!! I charged it and opened it and it sync without a hitch!!! Sound quality is good!!! Fits perfect in my ear, I even slept in it!!! Talking to people was clear without any issues!!! LOVE IT!!!!!

These work great w my iPhone xs...no big deal to take 3 seconds to connect them manually and they look better then apples cigarettes hanging from your ears lol...battery life is unbelievable and they fit perfect. Great thing is Best Buy gives ya 14 days to experiment them

They are amazing. They have travelled with me through a couple of countries and are still like brand new. I love them

Great item but dead now. Case wont charge. But it hase been awhile
