I like them. They may be a little thicker than apple, but ear buds do cancel out any other noise. The sound is impeccable.

Originally purchased the Power Beats Pro Wireless. Sound quality was good, but they did not fit very well. The galaxy buds are well worth the money.

Had a pair for almost a month. They charged quick, which was great, initially the sound was better than other earbuds I'd used (Jam, JLab), and the touch controls were simple enough to set and use (though trying to set a volume control results in the other bud becoming the opposite volume control by default, and can't be changed, so I opted to do Ambient Sound and Assistant Control). After about 3 weeks though, the left bud would only produce very high pitches of sound (no bass or mids at all, just sounds above 12kHz) tried adjusting all the controls in my phone, reset the buds countless times, and followed the Samsung approved methods to clean them, to no avail. Looked online and saw that many, MANY other users experienced the same issue, the left ear bud just stopped producing useable sound. Returned them within the 30 days and haven't replaced them. If my Airpods weren't having connectivity issues, and were actually useable with Google Assistant, I would have stuck with them, sound quality wasn't the best on the Airpods, but they were good for everyday use for what I needed them for.

These earbuds fit in my ear well. They I wish they were louder.

I have been using these truly wireless earbuds for a while now, and I have to say that I am thoroughly disappointed. For $129.99 I expect a solid pair of earbuds that are comfortable and sound good. They are extremely comfortable and convenient, but the earbuds sound has many issues. There is a faint hissing noise or white noise found whenever playing any music, and it is especially noticeable during the few seconds when changing between songs. I have tried cleaning the earbuds, messing with codec settings, and resetting the earbuds. Nothing works to fix this. I have tried to get used to the noise over the past few months but it still is very annoying. I wish I could return them but I have already used my one replacement pair with Samsung. I don't know if this is specifically an issue with my Pixel 3 phone, but I have heard other Pixel users who have had no issues. In summary, just don't buy these headphones as they are extremely unreliable.

i love these earbuds... battery life is great, i use them on 8 hr road trips and they are amazing.

Extremely good quality and very easy to use, sound quality is also terrific.

Work very well with my Note 10. Functionality is similar to that f the Airpods on an iPhone, but these actually stay in and look a lot better. HOWEVER, the sound is very shallow and tinny, Okay for audio books, but there is little bass, and mids are smeared to higher ranges. I suggest you wait to the next generation.

This is my second pair of these buds and both had/have very bad bluetooth connection!! The connection works perfectly IF you hold your phone all the time. As soon as I put my phone (Samsung S9+) in any one of my pants pockets the sound gets all choppy and or cuts totally off until I remove my phone from my pocket, then wallah, everything's perfect again. Come on Samsung....yoy guys can't get bluetooth right??? Jlab earbuds can get it right and they're a way cheaper earbud, and even JBL can get it right!! Ok, now the positives....the app works with these extremely well and I like all the features of the buds including the sound. I would recommend these earbuds all day long IF it weren't for the bluetooth issues, but as is I would say steer completely away from these!!!

I am saddened to report these buds failed. I only listen to music when I clean or now the lawn so I'm not a connoisseur. The sound quality is bad, almost like it's coming through a filter. I have a Samsung S10+ and download the app but noticed no changes when I messed with the equalizer. The touch controls to change music isnt the best. I almost always paused the music (1 tap) when I'd tap it twice to skip to the next song. I have a pair of Bose semi wireless (buds connected by a wire) and they sound amazing compared. I wanted no wires but after this experience they'll do. I read up and Jabra elite rated best on multiple websites, but I wasn't willing to drop $190 when I really dont need a pair. In summary, pay up for quality. Again, I'm no critic but I was honestly stunned with the poor sound quality. Taking these back to Best Buy tomorrow.

These were the perfect wireless headphones for me. The first two months the sound and fit were great, but it started to go down hill. I use these for the GYM and just normal use. I reached an conclusion thatThese headphones are NOT MEANT TO BE USED IN THE GYM. Sweat from the gym has started to wear down these headphones. The sound in the left bud is slowly becoming more quiet than the right bud. The fit is starting feel like the headphone are getting sucked in my ear and not fitting natural, making the fit very uncomfortable.

Read reviews and decided to get them. Tired of wired headphones, even bluetooth ones. These are awesome. Was told just to make sure you get latest update, which I did and I have had no issues at all. Love that they are not bulky like Sony or Bose. Very comfortable for me.

I have the galaxy ear buds and i love them on your phone. HOWEVER, use them on bluetooth on your computer and they are garbage. Overall amazing but that aspect sucks. Be aware of that one aspect

My wife lost her first set due to the dog opening the case and eating them, well chewing them up lol. Warranty covered it and best buy gave her an upgrade!

These headphones sound great My biggest issue is the fit in my ears is sometimes uncomfortable if I dont put them in perfect.

I got these in October and everything started out great. Now though, one bud has randomly stopped working and it's never been dropped in water or anything of the sorts. The other bud while it does work sometimes disconnects and reconnect at random on its own. It's very frustrating and I'm not even sure if it'd be possible for me to trade them in because customer service won't answer.

I bought on Black Friday and was immediately disappointed. I went from a $20 Plantronics Voyager to this. I used it to mostly listen to music and catch the occasional phone call. Although connecting was surprisingly easy(almost annoyingly so) but going from listening on the plantronics piece to this within 30 mins was extremely noticable. The plantoric had a nice stereo sound. These sound very much like the five dollar earphones at the checkout line in Walmart. I was willing to deal with that if the call quality was good. It's hard to gauge how well someone on the OTHER line can hear you. I knew I needed something different when I did a televised phone interview with the Voyager and watched the interview on the news, I knew it was bad. These however I bought specifically for the noise cancellation/reduction. However I took a call with a colleague in a Panera at dinner time. It wasn't crowded but she couldn't hear me. So I stepped outside, granted left my phone in the building no more than 10-15 feet away with the ambient noise of a shopping center at night and she could not hear me at all. Not good sound quality. Not good call quality. Would reluctantly keep them if I hadn't lost one.
