Got these for my daughter and she uses them almost every day and loves them!!

Love the sound and features that come with the earbuds.

To date, I have gone through two pairs of Galaxy Buds. Both pairs suffered from the same issue. After two weeks the right earpiece lost significant volume in comparison to the left one. I tried the provided self-help information. I read several blogs saying to disable volume sync and change the setting for the buds so that the volume would raise while holding down on the buds. Although it helped others it did nothing for my two pairs. the recommended reset didn't help either. I returned both galaxy buds, which was a great disappointment, given that my My wife and I have only had good experiences with all of our other Samsung devices (TVs, Phones, Tablets, appliances). Hopefully, they fix these issues. Other than the uneven volume the product was great, but because it was a requiring issue I can not recommend this product.

Easy to use, quality product, very tough construction.

I had bise prior to these. Bose are big and have connection issues. I havent had any problems with these

I love the sleek color. Sound quality is amazing, lite weight in my ears.

Instructions for setting up the device could be a lot clearer and legible.

I loved my Galaxy Buds. The sound was awesome and overall everything was convenient. The warranty on hand only covers for malfunctions. Damages or lost parts they do not cover which is understandable to a degree if Samsung offered replacements for purchase. If you lose one of the buds you can still use them but you can not get software updates. They do not provide replacements do to each set is uniquely paired to one another. If you purchase this and lose it without any insurance you just wasted you money. If it was not for the issue of non replaceable, then these little guys would have a greater rating from me.

After pairing with my Samsung tablet and Samsung phone I found the sound quality to absolutely horrible! It sounds sooo tinny. No bass whatsoever! I then paired my wife's Apple airpods and listened to the same songs. It's a night and day difference! The airpods had a richer bass and more clarity. I couldn't believe it! I'm not an Apple guy. I own everything Samsung. I wanted the Samsung buds to work but they are really, really bad. These are going back tomorrow!

I wanted to like these so bad! They are probably the most comfortable earbuds I've worn. They also have a lot of the features I was looking for. You can upgrade the earbuds through the Samsung wearables app which is nice for issues they may have. However the updates haven't seemed to help the bluetooth issues on these earbuds. I went through two pairs of these thinking it was a hardware defect. My phone would lose connection as soon as I put it into my pocket, and my Samsung Galaxy active watch would lose connection as soon as my hands were below my waist. It's unfortunate as these seemed like great earbuds. Lightweight and comfortable, but unusable.

I was really excited when I saw battery life as well as the design and how they fit in ear but was very disappointed by the sound quality and sensor issues.

Maybe I got a bad pair. The sound quality was tinny and shrill. The equalizer that comes with the Samsung Wearable app didn't let you change the configuration. There are like 5 pre-sets and that is it. No option to up the bass or reduce the treble. Also, they weren't very loud. Maybe I shouldn't have expected to much from them. I have a pair of Bose wireless earbuds, and they sound amazing, so I know it's doable. I just wanted a spare set to carry in my purse, because my Bose stay in my gym bag. I'll either stick to Bose or get Sony for a much lower price.

It would be EXACTLY what I need/want if it would read out my text messages, but it won't. Just tells me when I have one. I live in a completely hands-free state and this is an essential function I rely on and off the clock. returning them same day as I bought them. I also have not been able to get them to read out navigation, which is also essential for my job as I am dispatched through my home office and sometimes have no idea where I am going except for the town I am going to. Without sounding too "girly" the iridescent or silver is an awesome color.

Good earbuds, they're easy to use and so compatible with my Note. The only downside is they lose connectivity even when my phone is in my pocket or hand and can sometimes become unresponsive.

These would be great if they had a dedicated iPhone App like they do for Samsung phones.

Loved these at first, but within the first year one of them stopped working.

Could have given 2 more star if it had noise cancellation for microphone. Not that great for calling. Sounds is ok for this price.

It's a shame these nice earbuds keep disconnecting and make you think you went deaf in one ear!! The only solution is to put them back in the case which if you are walking, running or driving is not great . Online there are hundreds of similar complaints. Shame because otherwise they are slick, fit well and sound ok for Phone calls.
