    Both ear buds stopped working

    So i got the ear buds for Christmas and I was excited to use them and they worked great for about 2 months and then the right ear goes and slowly becomes quiet over a week spans and I thought it would come back sometime later if i charged it and it didn't and as of today the left side stop working as well so if u could help me out I would really appreciate it

    Horrible Bluetooth connection!

    Wow! What junk! I was very excited to get these and after a 3 week backorder wait they showed up yesterday. Super easy to connect and setup so then I started out on a jog... The second I got outside my house and off the Wi-fi the connection started breaking up. If my phone (Note 9) isn't right in front of my face like I'm using it, the connection breaks up. Put my phone in my back pocket and its completely gone, no connection! The entire point of these is WIRELESS BT CONNECTION!! I made sure the software was up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled everything and nothing fixes this problem! These are garbage and I see a lot of other online reviews from buyers with the same issue. Even tried it on my old Note 8 to make sure it wasn't my phone and it did the same thing. I'm the only Samsung user in my house of iPhone junkies and these did nothing to support my cause. They all have Airpods and haven't had a minute of trouble with them. Samsung has some bugs to work out on these! Bugs they shouldn't even have! It's BLUETOOTH 101!

    Disappointed

    My husband got me this for Chirstmas 2019 and out of nowhere the right earbud stopped working. I looked up and tried all suggestions on how to fix it but nothing worked. Cant update anything because both earbuds need to be connected in order to do so. LOVED these earbuds up until this moment, greatly disappointed.

    Do not buy!

    ***Buyer beware*** My left bud would struggle to connect and the battery would either drain 15% within 5 minutes with no use or not charge at all. No resolution via softests update or reset. Samsungs only solution is to send a replacement. In my case I no longer had my purchase receipt from best buy from a month ago and they were not willing to work with me. After reading other threads, many people have send their defective pods back and have yet to receive either replacements or financial compensation after several months of phone calls. I am not sure what's worse, Samsung unwillingness to help resolve defective products rightfully purchased or sending them in and being out both a product and financial compensation. Frustrating to say the least, but this will be the last Samsung product I purchase. Their customer service is hands down the worst. I would rather have to deal with Comcast.

    Horrible bluetooth

    I was in search of some wireless ear phones and saw Samsung came out with these so I bought them. One my first day of using them at the gym my music kept cutting in and out. I have a s10+ so everything is up to date but it still had a horrible connection. Unless you have the phone up in your face the audio is no good.

    Big downgrade from icon x

    Wanted to return them hours after purchase. The Bluetooth connectivity with smart watches is extremely bad, no swipe up or down for volume controls, ambient sound mode is non existent, the battery life is either the same as icon x or just one hour longer. The case is worse with no button to flip the top open. Case is smaller. And has only one led light instead of the 2 for each ear bud the icon xs came with. Poorly packaged ear and wing tips just put in the box with no packaging, the range for Bluetooth isn't far at all overall the ICON X BLOWS THESE AWAY NO WONDER THEY GIVING THEM AWAY WITH PRE ORDERS. AND ONLY SELLING THEM SERPERATE FOR ONLY 130 while the icon x were like 200 retail price. You get what you pay for the icon x are so.much better with features and reliability.

    Cant use for multi devices

    So very disapointed! Sound and comfort is what I expected and pleased BUT the fact you cant pair these to multiple devices (2) at the same time is a major step backwards. I have 2 phones on my hip daily (work and personal) and need to answer either via a Bluetooth method but this isnt possible. I tried true wireless for comfort (vs Plantronics) but if I cant just ANSWER via the headset either phone that rings makes this a paper weight and will be returned ASAP. What makes me upset is I spoke with the Samsung Rep at my local store and told him my needs (work and personal phone use). A waste of my time!!!.... So done with Samsung!

    Buy Bose Instead

    I had to send them back for repair every 6 months due to the sound going out on the right ear bud. After the 3rd time Samsung refused to replace them. By the fourth time they had broken in 22 months the warranty had expired and Samsung refused to even try and fix them again. The worst part is the sound wasn't even that good. My wife and son got Bose at the same time I bought these and have never had any issue and the sound is better. That will be my next purchase, not these ever again.

    Stopped taking a charge in less than a month

    My son received these as a gift. One of them would no longer charge after 3 weeks and the other one quit taking a charge soon thereafter. If they cannot be charged they obviously cannot be used, nor can they be updated or any attempt to fix them occur. I have now been on the phone with Samsung for 47 minutes trying to go through the process of sending them in for repair (earbuds can only be shipped in for repair - local repair service centers will not repair them). Save your money and don't put your kid through this kind of heartache.

    Poor quality in the long run and a known issue.

    These worked great when I got them but now the left ear bud no longer works. The volume has dropped considerably and has made listening to music with them useless. This seems to be a constant issue with them from reading and I'm just the latest to fall victim to the flaw in the design. Up till then I really liked them.

    Left earbud stopped working.

    The sound quality isn’t as great as I expected. They cut out sometimes, I take good care of my electronics. The left ear bud stopped working after having them for a month. I’ve charged them up and have connected and disconnected from my phone several times. $130.00 for these buds not worth it, I want my money back.

    Can't be used for calls

    Please don't buy these earbuds. I bought the originals when they first came out. And had issues . So when this model came out. I figured I would try it again bc I have the watch and phone. YOU CAN NOT USE THESE TO MAKE CALLS. The sound quality is trash. Please Google it before you buy it every one is complaining about the same issues. I demanded a refund from Samsung after trouble shooting the issue for two months

    Poor quality

    I expected better sound quality from Samsung. Very poor sound quality. Buttons are very sensitive. I would pay $50 for them not the $110 I paid. Had them for 3 weeks. I went back to Best Buy and got the PowerBeats PRO paid more but well worth it. If you dont care for high quality sound, look for a different brand that are similar for alot less. I only wish I could get my money back.

    I’ve had this for three months now, one side does not work I called Samsung and they said that I have to clean the regularly I did that and it still does not work. I called back and they won’t do anything about it. Worst seat ever had don’t wast your money on this buds.

    A let down by Samsung

    I expect a lot from name brand like Samsung, but only a couple days after my warranty for this product ran out, one of the buds completely died on me, it will no longer hold charge. Imagine spending big bucks on something broke only a few days outside of warranty.

    Bad connection with Galaxy S8

    In doors they worked great, but as soon as I walk outside they would cut completely out. Contacted Samsung, which thankfully they replaced my first pair, however the new ones they sent did the exact same thing. I'd advise either use these only for the S10 or don't buy at all.

    The left earbud does not work anymore for some reason it just stopped working on me. I didn't buy the warranty because you wouldn't think that it would break this quick so I doubt I can do anything about it.

    Right bud stopped working after 3 months. There’s no way to fix it, no place to send it in to fix it if you have the money. Save your time and money and get something else Extremely unsatisfied. Hot garbage

    I just bought these, sound is ok... but when making calls everyone says I sound like I'm under water. So I don't know if this is something I would recommend yet. The fit is not as bad as other ones I got.
