Bought these for my wife to connect to her HP laptop, because working from home was becoming difficult listening to all her work calls. Sometimes there are some issues with connectivity, but those seem to come from the old laptop's bluetooth drivers and settings. Great product, good value for actual quality. There are a lot of crappy bluetooth headphones out there, but these seem to be suitable for more consistent use.

After using the first galaxy bud, I promised not to buy and other ear bud from Samsung until a friend of mine who was also frustrated with the first earbud told me about the galaxy buds+. I have no bad experience with this product as I did with the previous. I like the call clarity and the ambient setting. Moreover, I'm loving the sky blue. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and in fact buy it as a gift for another friend. This is all needed for an earbud.

I got this with a bundled offer with Samsung active watch for just $30 and for that price this is the best headset. The head sets don't stick out as other Bluetooth headset and it has a nice seal to your ears which acts as noise cancellation on it's own even though Samsung boast it as having noise cancellation. Good capacitive touch and the inputs are captured with ease and the sound quality is awesome. I'm just give 4 stars as the calling is still not very great but still way better than first version of Samsung galaxy buds.

Samsung has this amazing earbud. Does give sound effects. Easy to connect, Easy to use. Beautiful design.

Excellent ear buds. Sound very good. Purchased at $119 plus a $40 dollar credit. At $80 they appear to be a good buy. At $150 overpriced!

These definitely took trial and error adjusting all the pad size options, but I am glad that there were three tiers in each shape. I ended up with a perfect fit in each ear, though both my ears were different sizes in the end. The sound quality on calls can be a bit spotty, especially in the era of wearing masks in public. It works about 60% of the time. Sound is s little loud for podcasts, but really lovely for music. I find the touch control a bit too sensitive. It's easy to overshoot with the controls.

I have owned several earbuds in the last year. I bought these because my other earbuds and case were washed by accident. I researched these earbuds for a few weeks on the internet before I decided to buy them. The features are really cool on Android and they work great with mt Galaxy S20 plus. I usually wear one all day while working. The ambient noise feature is very useful when working. I still haven't had much time to play with the other features but I would recommend buying a pair just because they have a good sound for music and calls.

These earbuds fit nicely and comfortably in the ear. They last quite a while before having to charge them again.
