I ordered a pair first. They were defective because the volume was really low. When I exchanged them for a new pair, I got the expected results. They are really worthy. Perfect fit, great sound, long lasting battery.

Overall, i love these daily use of 8+ hours hold charge good well into 2 years of having them. Sound quality is amazing and the ambient sound is SUCH a good feature

For what they are, these things are great for the most part. Audio is good, fit is great, ambient sound is a very handy feature that seems to work very well. Also these have incredible battery life; better than any of my old wireless headphones. My only gripe (which is NOT specific to just these but all true-wireless headphones) is that they have an issue with connection when my phone is in my left pocket and only when I'm outside. You can look this problem up, it's very random and no one has a fix. It seems to be a bluetooth power limitation and seemingly only certain phones are affected (I have a Moto Z4). Also, for those wondering about multi-point; these DO NOT support it currently. There are rumors that a firmware update will add support but don't count on it. However, they did just add a seamless quick-switch feature which seems to work very well.

I can't remember how many earbuds I went through to finally decide on this one, but let me tell you, these are the best ones in the market, in my opinion. It's so small, the battery is phenomenal, and the price is extremely fair for what you get. It works perfectly with your iphone or android device (my friend has the same thing for his iphone, and he has no complaints). You get 12 hours of use on each bud individually. The case also gives you an additional 12 hours, so it's almost 24 hours of use. But not many people use it throughout the day. I probably have to charge the case a couple times a week. It's something I'd recommend for anyone who needs a small set of earbuds.

Sound quality is better than I anticipated. Bass is great, depending on what fitting you use. Call quality was not perfect but not poor either. I would say good as my wife understood everything i was saying without a problem. Connection is great, stay connected. Got to walk around and away from my phone without interruption. I bought the jabra 65t before these ones. Jabra was good, but didn't seem to have a good connection with my note 9. It was about 98% good. The Jabra was a bit bulkier and did give me discomfort after a while. This set is smaller and more comfortable for me. Depends on your ears. Overall I'm happy with them and I will be keeping them. Samsung Galaxy works great for me.

These are great! If you have a Samsung phone it's a no brainer, they connect flawlessly, but would be good with any device. I owned the 1st gen Buds, which have a little more bass but not as "clear" and punchy as Buds+. After switching to the largest size eartips (3 provided), it has good clean bass now. Battery life is very good, the wireless or wired charged case (USB-C) holds a charge and keeps charging the buds for days and days. I would recommend letting them burn in for several hours, (play music at a normal volume) at first, they sound better the more you listen, and use the largest eartips you can comfortably take for more bass.

Small & easily stays in my ear. Build quality and style are both good. Sound quality is a 4.5/5 and the touch commands are very nice. These ear buds don't come with A.N.C. but between the sound quality and the ability to adjust ambient noise levels makes these a great buy. I bought Spigens Rugged Armor case to protect my case from drops. The battery life is pretty decent and the case has ability to recharge these a couple times for 22hrs of use. Phone integration with my Galaxy S10. Gear Wear app runs both my Gear S3 watch & Galaxy Buds + without a problem or issue. Phone calls sounded good. These are the best wireless ear buds I've ever owned and I'm glad I bought a pair.

I love the sound , color I choose , & the easy features . Didn’t think the bulkiness would bug me until I used them to sleep so that’s a down side but overall great in battery life

Easy to set up and use. It's got a nice battery life and is small enough to keep in my pocket that I dont even notice it's there. Volume on these isnt going to be super loud because they are wireless, but it's good enough for me.

They fit perfect into my ears, the sound quality is excellent. The color is beautiful, they were very easy to connect. My favorite part is when I first turned them on, my phone picked them up easily.

My initial experience is the fit is great. Sound's pretty good & clear with enough bass for watching movies & listening music. Easy to setup and manage via Galazy Wearable software.

I've owned 5 pairs of true wireless Bluetooth headphones from different brands and these are great. Great sound quality, fit well, battery lasts literally 3x as long as my Bose headphones plus both headphones are independent so you can use one and charge one. Unlike others where both headphones have to be out of the case to use them. Only complaint is the touch controls can be a little sensitive. If you're wearing a hood or if rain or something hits them it can trigger the touch pad on the side. That being said, they're the best touch based controls on headphones I've ever used, I just prefer buttons

I love these Samsung Galaxy Buds+ earbuds. They paired easily with my Galaxy S20 FE 5G, which like many smartphones today, does not have a headphone jack. I also like that I can open up the case, and with my phone's screen on, it shows the battery percentage of both the case and earbuds. The battery life is very long. The sound is also very clear with some bass. Through the Galaxy Wearable app, I set the earbuds at dynamic, which gives the best sound quality in my view. The earbuds also stay snugly in my ears thanks to the wingtips. Overall, these earbuds have impressive quality and are a great value.

I've always had trouble with earbuds fitting in my ears. These fit pretty well. The touch controls work well. I really like the ambient sound feature.

I never had wireless earbuds before but these little guys are amazing, great quality overall, fit to my ear out of the box. Battery life has never been an issue. Auto connecting works easily with my S20+, and the range amazes me. I use it as well for my laptop from time to time and never had issues. Settings are a bit lackluster, but do a very good job of soundproofing noisier environments. Don't expect these things to be the game changer for talking but they do the job very well at their price for phone calls. Great bang for the buck headphones!

I've been a fan of AKG from the time Samsung started to include the wired headphones (in the phone box). It's been nearly a month since purchasing and using these earbuds and I think the sound quality is great. Clear sound for phone calls. If I'm listening to music and I have an incoming call/message I get notified aloud. I love the color, it's almost like a metallic blue. They are small in size which is good for those who don't want something that pops. In addition the case is a compact size, so you can easily put these in your pocket. Most importantly the price, it's affordable in comparison to Apple's Air Pods and the Powerbeats Pro.

Great earbuds... great sound, easy connectivity. Works well with my iPhone. Range could be better. Stays well in my ears while working out. Great battery life; never had interruption while listening.

I was hesitant at first to buy the headphones but since it was on sale i decided to go for it. It has got to be one of the best ones i have used. When paired to a samsung phone using the gear app really makes the expeirnce better. After linking to a samsung phone, when you open the case on your phone, you will see both the battery life of the case and headphones. It gets some getting used to the shortcut commands but once you do its really great. The ambient sound controls is perfect when you want to hear whats going around you or shut it off for a more enjoyable experience.

This product is easy to use and fits perfectly in your ear. The sound quality and battery life is better than its competitors. I will recommend this product
