Amazing headphones. Quick tip. The included replacement ear silcones are different sizes. you want a snug fit, that gives the absolute best performance, the audio quality is superb with great bass. The microphone is also dependant on the snug fitting somehow, but it's crystal clear. The battery life is also very impressive, even after 6 hours they still had 30%. Definitely one of my most favorite Bluetooth headphones.

I have the Galaxy S10, paired in a snap! The battery life on the buds and the case is AHHHHMAZING! Typically I only use one bud at a time so I can hear what is going on around me. I use them for conference calls I have asked several times and people I am talking to say I am coming in loud and clear. I also use them when I am outside on a walk/run. The music sound is rich and clear, but I am not a purist. And full disclosure my last headphones were $15 Sony and required a plug. I do have to make a minor adjustment on occasion to reposition them in my ear but I have not had them fall out. I prefer the ambient noise off especially outside (I only use one bud at a time anyway so I can hear) with no ambient noise the wind outside is blocked which for me makes for better sound. My only criticism is I could not get the tap volume up/down to work even with both buds in. The other tap features work as advertised. I have dropped my case a couple of times and if the buds come out they do roll! Thankfully they are easy to spot because I didn't get black. I would definitely recommend these especially if you are a Samsung fan. I was hesitant to splurge because I was afraid I would lose them, but I am glad did. I have not tried to charge them using my phone and I never downloaded music on my Galaxy Active because I didn't have wireless headphones but now... maybe I will.

Enjoying my new earbuds. The sound is very good. They synced up with my phone very easily. Just follow the included directions. I haven't tested them for more than about 3 hrs at a time, but they did great each time. When using them on calls. The mic seems to do a good job and people hear me with no issues. I find they are quite comfortable to have in my ear. I will say the price is a bit higher than I like, but that's typical for Samsung gear.

Although they don't have active noise cancellation, if you have a good seal in your ear, the passive noise cancellation is actually very good. They sound fantastic, NEVER fall out, and the battery life is phenomenal. If you already own the 1st generation Galaxy Buds, I don't think these Buds+ are enough of a bump in performance to justify the upgrade. If you're looking for an upgrade to any other wired/wireless earbuds, then these are a no-brainer.

My daughter jumped in pool and forgot she had a headphone in. Teens!!!! She had enough money saved and looked for the closest Best Buy that had them and luckily we didnt have to drive far to find the color she wanted. She loves them. They last forever. She went with the black. Very sleek. She says the sound, the fit the features are better than previous version. She loves the pausing and skipping feature.

I bought 3 pairs of the Samsung galaxy buds+ for each of us. We all love these. The sound is awesome and easly stays put in the ears. Contolling your volume and music just by touching your buds is an innovative and wonderful idea. You can use them for phonecalls. They play clear sounds. Ambient sound is great. It improved my husbands hearing. Quick to recharge and hold a charge for all day of usage. Great product overall. Thank you for creating such a great product.

I needed some earbud replacements for work/zoom calls. These are easy to use. They have a good battery life. I like the wireless charging capability. I wish they could connect to more than one device. It's a little clumsy when having to switch back to my work laptop if I was connected to another device previously. If this feature is important to you I would invest in the galaxy buds2 pro.

Great features for the price. Very comfortable fit. I really like the 'wings' that are attached. The case is nice and small and the buds have decent battery life. The sound is decent; the bass is lacking even with software processing. I like the ambient mode for awareness. It is great when you are somewhere that you might interact with people but still want to listen to music. It produces a little too much white noise though. I usually keep ambient mode on low when I use it. Over all, a great buy.

Battery Life: I love these earbuds. They are now the best pair of wireless buds I have ever owned. I use them all day long for my 10 hour shift at work, and the battery power only drops to around 60 percent. Before the Galaxy Buds+ I used the first generation of the Gear IconX, and the battery in those only lasted around an hour and a half. Sound Quality: The sound in the Galaxy Buds+ is also great, and I have noticed parts in songs (guitar fills, bass fills, drum fills, etc.) that went unnoticed before hearing the songs through these. In order to get the most balanced sound and notice these "hidden" instrumental parts, you need to go into the Galaxy Wearable app and place the equalizer on the "Dynamic" setting. Comfort Factor: The only thing I don't like about the Galaxy Buds+ is the same thing I have always hated about ear buds, which is the physical discomfort that happens after a few hours of having them inside of my ears. A long battery life means nothing when I need to let my ears recover; during periods of "downtime" I put them back in the case and they charge up again. The battery could last half the time and I wouldn't even notice because I've ended up charging them. After Samsung refine the Galaxy Buds Live and bring them to the level of the Galaxy Buds+, I will try those out because they're more ergonomically designed and seem like they wouldn't hurt your ears at all after a whole day of wearing them. Overall Satisfaction: I couldn't be happier with the Galaxy Buds+. The only major complaint I have with them is the same complaint I have with nearly all earbuds, and that is the discomfort they cause to your ears after hours of wearing them. But I highly recommend them to almost anyone.

I was a bit skeptical about these because I was afraid they would fall out of my ears. I'm so used to my over the ears Beats Solo 3 that I had to remember two different brands, two different makes, and two different sounds. After watching several reviews and reading a few I figured I'd give them a try. The sale price was decent, the color once you see them in person can be appreciated. Wish an all purple or lavender color was made. The sound once you adjust the wingtip was crisp and clear. I vigorously shook my head and they stayed in. I played with the equalizer to get the best sound for " me". (I say for me because we all hear things differently and some are picky when wanting our music to sound a certain way). I suggest when choosing the right wingtip test the sound of your music with each one. I tried the ambient feature and I have to say WOW! That made quite a difference. With ambient on you hear EVERYTHING in the background even your own breathing, haha! With it off your music is amazing. After long use my ears did not hurt. Oh also, the soft gel tip that goes in your ear take the time to choose the right tip because that too will make a difference in what your music sounds like. Keep in mind people that one ear canal might be smaller than the other so you might have the medium size in one ear and a large or small in the other. These little things are great and I'm glad I made the purchase. So go on buy a pair. I even bought a case for the charging case. Didn't want to scratch up the pretty shiny case.

I am impressed by these headphones in many ways. I've had them for almost a month and I am still talking about them to friends. The battery life is outstanding. The fit is perfect for me right out of the box. They are still comfortable after 9 hours in my ear. The sound is nice and crisp. It's loud enough for listening to music and soft enough to hear ambient noise around you. The portability is perfect. There are zero negative's that I can think of.

Good sound, ear pieces fit well. Not too badsy but other than that they sound really nice.

I ordered these Samsung earbuds on a fluke that they would work on a older TV. Not only did they work, they have great sound with no delay! They are the most comfortable fitting earbuds I have ever had and I tend to lose them so you can see why I was reluctant to spend so much on them. I find that I use them with my phone daily as to not have my phone in my pocket all day. GREAT product!

I am loving these ear buds, I wear them every day on my walks. They stay in my ears, have great sound and I like how I can pause the sound with a tap on one of the buds. This is my first set of buds with a case that charges the buds, which I really like. I bought these over the apple buds because they have a ridge that helps them not fall out of my ears.

Pro These are the best Bluetooth headphones that I’ve ever owned and the charging case is an added convenience. The ambient noise is a great feature and I love having the option to listen to music and have a conversation. I wear them working out at my home, riding a bike, and when I go shopping at the store. Having the ability to listen and hear my surroundings is great. The battery life is great. I usually do hour video conferences or workout and when I put them back in the charger, they are at about 86-90%. They have a long battery by itself and having the convenience of a charger to store them is clutch. I went about 5 days without having to charge the battery case. Since my job required a lot of video conferencing I needed to have a good headphone because my house can be noisy. I got these primarily for work and I don’t regret the decision. No one has difficulty hearing me and I can hear them perfectly fine. Call quality is great on these as well and no one has complained about me sounding like I’m under water, a common complaint I had with previous Bluetooth headphones. These do work for the iPad as well and I enjoy watching movies with them. Cons CAN NOT wear when running. I have tried different tips and have changed out the band on the top to attempt to find the best fit when running but can’t. This is not a big deal for me because I prefer to not listen to music when I run but if you are buying these for running look elsewhere.

Excellent earbuds. The battery life is outstanding. Honestly, I think I prefer these to the newer iterations like the Lives. They're comfortable, have a great battery life, have solid sound quality, and voice quality for phone calls is also very clear. I use these for exercising, biking, and working in the lawn and they're secure enough that they've never even threatened to fall out.

I wanted to complete my Samsung ecosystem and couldn't have gone for a better pair of true-wireless headphones. Pros: 1) Great sound 2) Seamless connectivity (especially with Samsung phones) 3) Great noise cancellation 4) Great battery back-up Cons: TBH I didn't find any mentionable cons for this device. In-short if you have a Samsung phone, I would definitely prescribe this pair of great earphones.
