Tried all the cleaning and troubleshooting tips online with no luck. Now only option is to send in to Samsung and have to pay for it to be repaired.

I made a purchase that was supposed to be picked up within an hour today, since morning they haven’t yet informed me about my order i believe they’re now closed. I called they refused to answer, I also purchased a jabra and apple airpod pro but they’re not treating me good as a costumer. am really disappointed with the service so far, i’m giving em another chance to contact me about my order tomorrow, if not i will express my grievances on all my social platforms about what is going on. i am really angry about the way they treated me. i’m not even going into detail about the issue i had with a 212 dollar jabra headphones i purchased. Please get my order in bestbuy , am not acting a fool but know that am not happy.

Sound quality is excellent, charges quickly and still has a long battery life three years in. The case can charge the earbuds multiple times on a single charge. Pretty good blocking outside noise as far as earbuds go, and the ambient noise mode is convenient as well. Definitely buying another pair ones these ones finally go.
